From carers to the very top of the chain everyone is caring and compassionate .nothing is to hard to solve ,the staff will do everything in there power to help and find a solution .the training the staff recieve is top notch

As a carer I have worked with various care companies and I can honestly hand on heart say Bluebird is the best there is. I have never enjoyed a job so much in my life. Our bosses make sure the staff are looked after just as much as our customers. The office staff are amazing and nothing is too much hassle, they listen to us and take on board our suggestions. We have regular training which is always fun and engaging.

Working for Bluebird Care Ayrshire has been an incredibly rewarding experience. As a care assistant, I have felt fully supported by the management and team, who are always approachable and willing to help. The training provided is thorough and ensures that I can deliver the highest quality of care to clients, which is something I take great pride in.
