Fabulous service I was upstairs but transferred downstairs to make things easier been with Bluebox a few years now
Have just finished using the container storage at Bluebox Swalwell. No problem with set up, payments ok, and good access at all times, good comms.

The cream of container storage
Ive been with bluebox for around 8 years now after trying a few lesser known companys.
The price has been pretty stable with a very small increase post covid.
The yard i have my container on is kept ontop of maintenance wise including them going round picking up litter and installing new bits like additional lighting etc.
I visit at all hours of the day and night and have never once felt unsafe.
The overall security is excellent with keypad entry and visible security cameras.
Now the containers themselves.
These are brand new containers. When i got mine it still smelt of fresh paint
Never had an issue with leaking or damp etc although maybe a little wd40 on my door as im getting old haha.
Iverall for the cost you cannot go wrong

24 hours access, best price I found
24 hours access is ideal so I can access my storage whenever I need.
Direct debt was set up shortly after my hire with day picked.
Staff are quick to respond to calls

Easy & Simple
I hired a container to store our furniture etc whilst moving house. We had it four months. No problem at all. From start to finish, it was an easy and simple experience. Customer service via email was good, they usually replied within a day. Very happy and would use again if need too. Thanks.

Dårligt firma, stoler ikke på sine kunder, Lastbilcentralen har leveret en blue box container på min adresse med mit indbo i, de har lavet flere skader på grunden og fortov og smadret over 100 fliser
Dårlig service, stoler ikke på deres kunder, der er vidner på at Lastbilcentralens chauffør har lavet skader på grunden og fliser og fortov, men chauffør nægter at have lavet skaderne.
Brug aldrig blue box.

do Not use blue box storage
After arranging the use of a container for personal storage for a couple of months.
Starting on a Saturday.
I could not get any details of how to get into the secure location despite emails being sent and phone calls being made.
No response until the Monday, to be informed they had no free containers

We were not properly set up on this platform back then but we do take all feedback very seriously. Rest assured, Bluebox Storage are under new management and have made many improvements to our customer service. All of our appointments are face to face appointments and we do a complete handover which includes signing the paperwork, handover of site access fob and container keys and we also show all customers how to operate all secured gates and locks. We check availability and reserve units before attending all appointments so can assure you this would not happen again.
