Within 8 days of your appointment, your results will be available online through our My Wellness portal. Your printed report will be sent in the mail within 21 days. The ECG Problems
The ECG on my Complete package was highlighted by them as concerning. I had to pay for another test and a consultation with a consultant cardiologist who found nothing wrong. His people had performed a 12 lead test. He criticised the 6 lead test by Bluecrest and their lead positioning.

I had a full health assessment with Bluecrest and had a really positive experience. Everything was handled professionally and the whole process was very well organised. From past experience, reports are sent out in a timely fashion and are accurate and well presented.
It's good that assessments take place in a luxury hotel- rather than a clinical setting.

Friendly reassuring staff
Met Richard when he carried out my health checkup. He explained everything that was going to happen and we decided that as I was a bit nervous with needles, he would take my blood first, so that I could relax more and take in what was being said!
He took my blood which was done quickly to get it out the way!
I was made to feel very relaxed and I've rebooked again for next year.

Sharon at View Hotel
Sharon at View Hotel, Eastbourne today was brilliant. She explained everything very thoroughly and was very patient. I was a slow bleeder which she explained was as I had been a blood donor. This required her trying several times to draw blood but she persevered and went to a butterfly needle instead which solved the problem!! Could not fault her or the whole process which was excellent. I'm 80 tomorrow and would definitely consider doing this again if I had any concerns. Seeing an actual Dr seems to be difficult at times and where possible we need to be doing everything we can to prevent problems. Money well spent thank you.
