Very impressed with the work the guys…

Very impressed with the work the guys carried out,Aiden,Mike and Brandon.They did a great job ,were very helpful and friendly.Couldnt fault them to be honest,they were a really hard working bunch of guys.

Very poor aftercare service

Blueflame installed an AC unit in an office premises for us about 10 months ago. Shortly after fitting, we experienced water leaking from the unit directly onto an electrical socket, which turned out to be because the condensation pipe had not been secured to the outside wall. Not a great start but we accepted this as a mistake that can happen.

More concerning is that for over 4 months we have been trying to get an ongoing fault resolved. The unit shows incorrect temperatures (around 8°C - 10°C off) and takes up to 30 minutes to produce heat.
Despite multiple emails, videos, and following all their instructions, nothing has been fixed. Communication has been slow and we’ve had to chase repeatedly.
The most frustrating part: after months of delays, we were offered an engineer with just one hour’s notice because of a cancellation, completely unrealistic. We did try to accomodate them, but it wasnt possible and gave them several other options including a few hours later as well as any other day in the same week. We’ve now been told their engineer is unavailable for another 3 weeks.
This feels like being fobbed off rather than properly supported. I would strongly reconsider using them if aftercare matters to you.

He was totally professional during the installation!
I would happily recommend Blue Flame if you require anything to do with central heating.

Blue Flame have been excellent to date

Blue Flame have been excellent to date. Adam came round initially to quote and wasn't pushy at all like some! He was factual and honest about what we needed. The installation was turned around very quickly as we had boiler leakage. I have also found the girls at the office to be super helpful. The installation went really well and done efficiently and quickly. I am glad I went with Blue Flame.

We rarely write reviews. This may be an unusual review as we have not yet made a purchase, but the outstanding level of service we received from Blue Flame Energy Solutions Ltd deserves recognition.
They are clearly a family-run business that goes above and beyond in their customer care — something that is increasingly rare to find.

Our 9-year-old Vaillant EcoTec 825+ boiler has been problematic since installation, requiring numerous major part replacements and suffering several significant leaks. Over the years we have experienced countless call-outs and periods without heating or hot water, and poor customer service, which has made the situation extremely stressful.

In February 2026 we began researching replacement boilers and came across Blue Flame through Facebook feeds. Although the company has been established for over 15 years, we had not heard of them before and were initially a little sceptical. However, after contacting Hayley at Blue Flame and sending photos of our current setup, she promptly provided several detailed quotes via WhatsApp and answered our many questions quickly and professionally, offering helpful advice throughout.

During this time, two independent plumbers visited us to investigate our boiler issues. Both suggested that, due to our slightly unusual system setup and future projects, we may require a boiler larger than the typical 25kW unit. Concerned about making the wrong choice again, we raised this with Blue Flame. Hayley immediately addressed our concerns outside normal office hours, and arranged a site visit from Tom, the company director.

Tom’s visit was extremely reassuring. He even phoned ahead to say he might be around ten minutes late due to traffic — excellent communication and professionalism. During the visit he listened carefully to our concerns, assessed the system thoroughly, and offered thoughtful recommendations to help resolve the long-standing issues with our setup. His approach was knowledgeable, honest and clearly focused on finding the right solution for us rather than simply making a sale. It was genuinely impressive service.

During his visit, we also discovered that Blue Flame provides air-conditioning installations and includes free servicing with their systems and a competitive ball-point quoted.

All quoted boiler prices were competitive, and the overall package — including a 15 year Bosch warranty together with a free 15 year servicing with excellent support — represented very strong value. As far as we can establish, there is no other company that offers this service.

Following Tom’s visit, we received a revised quotation for a 30kW boiler, better suited to our home’s requirements. Tom took the time to listen carefully, assess everything thoroughly, and explain the best options and solutions, without any pressure.

Although we have decided to postpone the installation while we prioritise other home projects, the level of care and honesty, expertise, transparency and professionalism with genuine care shown by Blue Flame Energy Solutions Ltd has been exceptional. Their impeccable customer service, willingness to answer every query, and commitment to finding the right solution for the customer sets them apart.

Without hesitation, we would recommend Blue Flame Energy Solutions Ltd to anyone considering a new boiler or home energy solution. A truly impressive family-run company that clearly puts customers first.

Remove old boiler and water tanks.

From start to finish I cannot fault the service I received. The gentleman who came first was very knowledgeable and talked me through many options, and prices. Lee came to fit my boiler and move all my old water tanks and pipes etc. he was excellent and picked up on a couple of problems. One was the size of my towel rail. He spoke to head office and then went and changed the rail. I am very pleased with all the work done.

From start to finish we were very impressed with this company . We had a great deal from them and communication before the work commenced was excellent . They even managed to fit us in as our old boiler broke down weeks before they were due to come .
Saj did all the work for us and we cannot recommend him enough . Great personality , extremely professional, hard working , punctual , reliable …. the list is never ending . He has all the qualities needed for a tradesperson in your home . He has a high standard of work and would not leave until we were satisfied with everything . He went over and above a lot of the work and overcame several snags left by the previous owners of our house . He was brilliant ! Thank you Saj !

Blue flame

Blue flame , as the organisers and suppliers of my boiler were very good , keeping me well informed at every stage of the installation .
I also felt the cost was very reasonable .
Having dealt with tradesmen in the past , I am pleased to say that my installer Saj was exceptional in every way . Not the easiest of installations , handled in a most competent and professional manner .

Leighton and Joe did a great job and kept me informed along the way. Mine is an old property where some equipment was redundant but had not all been removed by previous contractors. Now everything is neat and meets current regulations. They worked hard and left everything clean and tidy. They showed me that everything was working properly and balanced. I could not be more pleased.

Brilliant company for air con units

BLue Flame fitted air con into several rooms a few years ago. They’ve all worked flawlessly and were fab in the summer. I’ve just added a new unit to another room and the team were brilliant again. Professional, kind and genuinely nice people.

The 15 year guarantee complete with annual free servicing is brilliant.
Worcester Bosch boiler is very powerful and quiet

Negligent boiler installation — serious safety defects, ignored complaints, Court claim issued

I engaged Blue Flame Energy Solutions to install a boiler at my property on 1st May 2025. Following installation my gas bills increased dramatically. An independent home emergency engineer subsequently identified that the central heating wiring had been incorrectly connected, causing the boiler to run continuously for approximately eight months.
Worcester Bosch's own engineer attended in December 2025 and issued a formal Advice Notice (ref. L4S713230) recording the installation as 'Not to Current Standards' and not conforming to manufacturer installation instructions.
A qualified electrician attending in March 2026 found the boiler had been wired wrong — switched feed and permanent feed in the wrong connections — and critically, that no CPC earthing conductor had been connected from the fused spur to the gas boiler. This is a serious safety defect.
Smart meter data shows gas consumption reached nearly seven times the pre-installation baseline, dropping 73% immediately after the wiring fault was corrected in January 2026.
I submitted a formal complaint on 2nd February 2026. Blue Flame acknowledged it on 12th February, requested documentation, promised a response within 7 working days, received a full evidence bundle on 28th February 2026, then ignored every subsequent deadline including a formal Letter Before Action. A County Court claim has now been issued (claim number N0QZ87G5).
Total losses claimed: £8,928.32. No response. No remediation. No accountability.
I would strongly advise anyone considering using this company to exercise extreme caution.
