I contacted Bluegrass initially for some party wall agreement work. Jonathan is extremely knowledgable and was able to get my project moving very quickly, advising me before I had even engaged his services. Highly recommend.

From the moment I made an enquiry, I received excellent service from Bluegrass. Included with my fee quotation was a straight forward flow chart guide which explained the party wall process. Jonathan was well organised, flexible, always accessible and the report was received within a few hours of Jonathan conducting the Schedule of Conditions for my neighbours.

The survey reports were extremely detailed and the price received from Bluegrass was competitive. There is absolutely no hesitation in me recommending Bluegrass Surveying.

Jonathan’s service was fantastic, he visited our property on very short notice which was helpful as we were on a short time scale. Jonathan Kensall of Bluegrass surveying has just completed our party wall award for us and i can't recommend him highly enough. We needed it in a bit of a hurry, and although it became quite complicated for various reasons, he managed to get the whole thing done well within 2 weeks, speaking with our neighbours for us and explaining the whole process.
