Absolutely horrendous service
Absolutely horrendous service. I ordered my product nearly 3 weeks ago and I have still not received it. I have sent 3 emails but only record one saying that I ordered a pre-order product. This is not true and it is not stated on the invoice either. I am still waiting for the product and a reply to my emails. Will not be using this site again and will be passing on to my colleagues.

Hi Luke. We have sent you an additional email stating we will send you out another torch free of charge as the one that was sent earlier doesn’t seem to have arrived. However it is clearly stated on our website in atleast two places that our torches are pre order only. We have tried to make this as visible as possible by making it larger text and bolder writing than the rest of the description.

Not very impressive..
Ordered the tac vest torch at the end of April when the website said they were in stock. Got the order confirmation and then never received it. Checked the website a couple weeks later to see they were back on pre-order and wouldn't be available for another few weeks. Disappointed I emailed them to cancel and they just seem to ignore you. Got the identical product on eBay for way cheaper and got delivered with 2 days..

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired
I’ve still not received the product, I know it’s not due until “potentially end of April” however I sent a general enquiry email and still waiting for a response almost two weeks later.
I know the product is good because my colleagues have them, however the customer service needs a lot of work.
Your product line is good, this negative review is just due to the customer service or more lack there of it

Tac Vest Clip Torch-impressive item for it's size!!
A brilliant item which is impressive due to it's size, brightness and ease of use. A must have for anyone working on the roads.

A great little torch and also Red and Blue flashing mode awesome at the scenes of RTC’s making you more visible whilst directing traffic. I can’t rate this compact LED torch enough. It should be standard kit.

The parcel hasn't been delivered. It's so difficult to get in touch with anyone . It shows that it's placed. It was supposed to be delivered in the mid of February. I don't have any updates
