I've tried bluelots as a buyer and then as a seller. Due to my satisfaction with the process and the products I've bought, I decided to list my overstock here. It's been great working with them.

This company will tell you via email they have sent your money and you never get it. Last month they finally paid . This month they lied about paying me twice already and won't even reply to emails. They owe me about 6200.00 so it's not a small amount. Do not trust these people.!! I will be filing a police report and giving them the names and adresses of the buyers to retrieve my inventory if not paid.. they are liers! They are thiefs!

Blue lots is great! I have bought somewhere around 12 pallets and they are normally excellent. If I ever do run into a pallet that isn’t as described, bluelots handles it right away.

First time using BlueLots and I am IMPRESSED!! Auction style is very easy to understand/sort through. Customer service is also is very quick to respond with questions! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Bought two lots-1 was Nordstrom cz/silver bracelets, and one was Swarovski crystal stud earrings. I paid $20 each for shipping. First, it took 10 to get them. They were sent out USPS. Boxes were less than 1 lb each, so felt ripped off on the postage. Second, bracelets are very cheap looking and so much smaller than the picture. I may get half of what I thought I could. Batch of stud earrings were supposed to be Swarovski crystals, but I work with those crystals all the time and they are not. Probably be able to sell for half of what I thought. Also backings did not match the earrings, and some backings were missing. Won't order from these guys again.

They need to implement a feature where-as,One can use their Own shipping Label....

First time ordering and I’ll never order again. I bought a few lots. One was never shipped. One was a box of unauthentic items. One was a box of watches and none of them worked. I didn’t complain about the watches. I just wanted my money back for the fraudulent items and the items I didn’t receive. The first email I sent was not acknowledged until I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Then I got a reply and a refund for the items never received but they refuse to refund $205, even though I returned the unauthentic items and they verified it. It’s excuses excuses. Don’t work with this company. UPDATE: I received a request to provide more information from truspilot on behalf of bluelots. I provided the information 4 weeks ago and they never contacted me or refunded me. SCAM COMPANY. RUN!

On 2/21 I bid on and won a bid for Swarovski Jewelry. My order arrived and the jewelry was very close to what was advertised, i.e. most of the items pictured were in my order, and ALL of it was Swarovski Jewlery. I have sold several pieces of jewelry on FaceBook Marketplace and am still looking for other places to sell my merchandise. I had one piece that was missing a stone and the replacement arrived in the mail today. They answered my email promptly and only asked for pictures of the damaged item.

SCAM!!!!!!!! bought a case of iphone chargers. got an email saying they needed to have a picture of my ID and last four of the card numbers i used to pay for it to protect them from potential scams. i did not trust it at first but they became so reassuring so i did it. they IP banned my access to their site just now a few hours after "verifying my identity" this is a scam and identity theft site and they will just rip you off! im 90% sure the 5 star ratings are fake created by them!

Still a happy seller and buyer on the site. It is very unfortunate that the ratings here are spammed with "mystery lot" dissatisfaction. They DO NOT allow such listings on this site, and the ratings are inaccurate in such cases - as noted in responses to these by Bluelots, the site was probably spoofed and people bought from a different site without knowing it. As a seller, I am almost always met with a timely listing schedule and customer service (usually by Alex who rocks!). As a buyer, the quality of the lots have been much better than many other sites I've purchased on. I still highly recommend selling and buying on Bluelots, and wish the ratings reflected the hard work the staff does to keep things moving smoothly.

I sell on many venues and Bluelots has scammed me out of my sales after promising to pay for month. Items sold October 30th which is the end of last months pay period, they manually extended it to November, waited till after the 15th for the next pay cycle and nothing. then they claim the payment was sent on Novmeber 24th, nothing was sent. I have sold with them in the past and there is always long over extended periods to get paid but over a month is unacceptable. I can see why many vendors have left

I had a very pleasant experience with Blue Lots and their customer service. Whenever I placed an order, it was shipped and arrived quickly, and when I needed to dispute some of the items in one order, customer service representative was very responsive, updating me about the case daily and provided solution within days. Every other order was just as described or better. I am very confident that what I purchase through Blue Lots is what I will be getting, and if there is a discrepancy, they have my back.

2 auctions Won. They want my drivers license and credit card before they will send it due to fraud.. but they were quick to take the money and not respond to my emails. Can't get a hold of them and they still have my money. I just want a refund now. Tried to get on to check status last night, but your site was down. And I'm the fraud? So worried about chargebacks, but you are about to get one by the end of the day. Sellers should find another place. First and last time I ever use this site. Good thing I did low ticket items to try them out.

I Won a auction on bluelots.com on the 23rd of October after i pay and send the money i was told i have to send a photo of me and my Driver's license
or id card and a photo of the credit card that was use after i send that info to them i have not hear from them up to now and they say they take up to 24hrs to response to email they have no contact number nothing to call while i was waiting on the email response from them i login to my account and find out that my order have been cancel for no reason and i have not yet receive my refund of $1,149.00 to my debit card.

Super happy that I found this website. On my 6th order and repeatedly the quality and service is always EXCELLENT!!!, price is great and shipping is faster than others I’ve dealt with. Had a little hiccup but Alex resolved it and I was very satisfied. Very happy customer here!!!

ordered a mystery super box , promises of the latest electrical equipment and even gold jewelry but got a $5 dollar bag from china , total rip off dont touch them its a scam
