Scam. Product not delivered. Company responses via email are false

Partner bought a limited edition item from them. What we got vs what was advertised are two completely different things. They refused to acknowledge even with pictures that they miss sold. Asking for full refund and they would only give us $7. Saying that thats all they can do and they are above board. Even reported them to the FCC for misconduct . We spent a week trying to get full refund they just didnt want it. Item was $25 and they would only give us $7 refund

Never received my package that I ordered in September 2025. When I sent an email to inquire about my package they replied that I didn't order anything from them despite the fact that I showed them my order# and tracking#. Now they are ignoring my emails. Do not order anything from this company!!!

Ordered the item before Christmas, and it’s now Feb.! Got an email with a tracking number that appears to be bogus and the delivery date unknown!

Sadly unable to leave zero stars poor product not at all what I ordered they advertised it as something completely different. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

This company sent me the COMPLETEY wrong item. I ordered a nice pen branded with a bands logo. I was sent one covered in swear words. I couldnt gift this as a present as planned.

They only offered me a 10% refund and when I said that was not acceptable they said "well we have done all we can". Awful company. Feels like its a scam. Dont order from them

Spent a lot of money on Red Sox advent calendar full of "iconic moments". The box came with "fenway" spelled wrong, full of cheap plastic random ornaments (not iconic moments) and the box was so poorly assembled that most of the calendar slots were empty

Unfortunately, I can't leave zero stars which would be a more accurate review.
Purchased the Mick Rock 50th anniversary book about Rocky Horror through this company.
No tracking available and had to chase up item which took three weeks to arrive and ended up receiving a very poor quality counterfeit copy.
Seller refused to accept that what they had sent was not as advertised and offered a $3 goodwill payment.
Dispute raised with PayPal which was settled immediately.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

One star is one too many for this company.Given a tracking number can’t take any notice of it in the end left high and dry. Still haven’t received my order. Thanks to PAYPAL received my payment back. Never use this company.

Ordered the anzac rememberance ring, cost was reasonable at the time until it took 10 weeks to arrive and looks like a gift from a gumball machine worth 20 cents.

DO NOT BUY AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND

My item never arrived. I asked for a refund and after giving me the run around they won't respond. They also lied about being in America and selling American made items. The tiny amount of tracking I got showed the item was shipped from Denmark.

Double check when purchasing online that bluesailinc an American 3rd party selling agent isn't dealing with your purchases, every single word regarding sales and deliveries are purely there for the sales team and do not aim towards customers piece of mind or satisfaction.
