Scam- I haven’t received my item, I have emailed, called, sent messages on Facebook and heard nothing. I paid and received no emails despite money leaving my account. Avoid at all costs

Ordered item and paid £5 for next day delivery nothing received. Rang company and left messages on ansafone still waiting call backs tried to email company when trying to send messages errors kept coming up to try again later. Very disappointed as money has been taken from my bank account.

The item I ordered is very good, great quality and looks stunning on my wall. The delivery took longer than expected and I emailed the company to query this and they totally ignored me which is disgusting

The decal looked pretty good however on inspection there were two tears. So before peeling it off I tried to call Blue side several times and emailed them twice to replace the decal.
I have had no answer a week later so it is a big thumbs down from me and a decal I cannot use.

Have not received order .paid £5 for next day delivery.
Sent e mail to confirm where order is no one bothered to reply

Perfect, made to measure at a very reasonable price. Very easy to apply to surface, would highly recommend and use again.

I ordered this product on a Sunday with next day delivery so I expected to receive it Tuesday however I still have not received it. I don’t mind waiting for something but if I pay for a next day service I do feel I should get it next working day.

i purchased a window mural it looked good on their site,when it arrived it just proved the site picture doesn't do it justice it was beautiful, you can stand infront and you can really believe it's a real window and your looking out onto a waterfall, if you need mural for any room get one there so easy to put up,i'm disabled and did it on my own and it was 4ft wide, and the quality is outstanding, delivered very quickly, in a solid tube so no damage

I ordered and paid for a wall sticker, following day received an email to say they not deliver to my area and i had got full refund,WHY dont they deliver to my area i live in mainland scotland 5mins from the A82, this is 2022 royal mail and various courier services deliver to my address so dont understand why Blue Studio dont
