Great Customer Care

I contacted this company because I had a delay in shipping with UPS. With it being shipped with an ice pack and it being hot in AZ already, I was worried about the integrity. They sent studies and explained to me about the product, and it made me comfortable with the product. Great customer service and information.

Great and Patient Service

I had emailed them in due to concerns with my probiotics arriving hot and wondering if they were still good. They sent me a study and talked to the manufacturer about the probiotics still being perfectly fine, since they are made to withstand any travel time. They were kind and patient with all the questions I had when purchasing this new product. Will gladly be purchasing here again.

Bluesky Vitamins are scammers

I ordered heat sensitive probiotics and the items arrived HOT to the touch. Not room temperature, but hot. The product is ruined. I called customer service to resolve the matter and they couldn't have cared less. I was told people call about this all the time and that the product should be fine. Absolutely not. It was wrapped in foil with no ice pack cooking in the box. Customer service doesnt care. They just want your money. They are a SCAM company. Spend your money elsewhere and stay away!

Never got the items they charged us for

Placed an order before the holidays. It never arrived hard to contact anyone was able to email customer service. The agent was horrific. She told us we would have to do our own investigation to track down the package.

No offers to replace or refund our items we just called our credit card company and disputed it. We were able to get our money back thank God this is the second time we’ve had an issue with this company.

Sent me $200 of hott probiotics and won’t refund or correct situation

Package of $200 worth of probiotics was delivered hott to my home. Thermal pack and “free” ice pack did not keep product cool. When I just called customer service, they said they don’t accept refunds or returns on temperature sensitive products. How is OK that their product was delivered to me at an unacceptable temperature but they themselves won’t accept temperature sensitive products back? Poor customer service when I called and explained I enjoyed their company and wanted to keep using them but I simply wanted new pills shipped correctly (I had previously got newborn probiotic from blue sky vitamins and it was fine and shipped at ok temperature)…only for them to decline to do anything and now I have to find another company. Seems crazy to me I have two toddlers and could have been a lifelong customer paying them hundreds of dollars and customer service just said sorry, we don’t accept returns on that!

Ingredients are questionable..beware

Shipping time was longer than promised. PRODUCT CAN EXPOSE YOU LEAD. MERCURY AND CADMUIM , PER THE MICROSCOPIC SIZED PRINT ON THEIR LABEL. They won't take it back, because package was opened. What kind of company sells products with that potential, and labels it with an almost illegible notice.?? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Horrific customer service

Horrific customer service. Ordered a bottle of probiotics promised to be delivered in 2-4 days. Got it a week later hot, melted ice pack. On day 5 I went to a local store and purchased another bottle bc I could not wait any longer. Reached out to customer service and rep was terrible followed by an even more terrible manager. No refund was given. Do not do business with these people.

Horrible service and customer service. Be aware you will have to chase your order to be able to get it and I am still not sure I will receive it, order placed Jan 9.
No wonder the 1 star reviews are much greater than the 5 stars.

Awful customer service. Wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing. They say they want to work with you to make you happy if you have issues with your order— they lie.

Ordered some baby probiotics and the…

Ordered some baby probiotics and the package got stuck in Texas, which was experiencing an extreme heat wave (over 110 degrees). Tried to cancel / return the order as the probiotics were going to be useless by the time they got to me in Connecticut. Customer service not helpful at all, gave a weird answer how the probiotics are still good, even though they’re shipped with an ice pack. I’m out $40 and don’t have the quality probiotics I ordered.

I placed an order for ONE single item…

I placed an order for ONE single item and they sent me an email next day saying “ Order (#…) was canceled because we did not have enough stock to fulfill your order and your payment has been voided.” That item is still available in the store btw.

Horrible customer service-I got cheated

I ordered three Theracurmin 120 count bottles from this online store. They sent me three 60 count bottles and refuse to do anything about it (except to say that I get a 15% return customer discount on future orders).
I wish I would have searched the web before ordering- they get a lot of 1 star reviews about the company refusing to fix orders even (refusing their "customer satisfaction guarantee).

Atrocious Customer Service

Atrocious Customer Service - made my first order from them and then got an email saying I was banned from their site for ordering too much. It was all for use within our business (not reselling), but instead of cordially reaching out they decided to threaten us by saying they would contact the manufacturer not to sell to us.

I've never seen customer service so laughably bad (and I've seen a lot). Why not just call us so we could explain the purchase? I wouldn't give them a penny if this is how they treat their customers.

This is the first Trustpilot review I've ever given - just want to make sure everyone knows what you can expect from this company.
