SCAMMERS, they connect to your whatsapp offline and retrieve all your information, they encrypt your servers with the stolen information. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

It works good but good luck trying to cancel your subscription they don't allow you to do that.

Scam. App works from time to time, unable to stop suscription. They continue to charge. Not recommended

This app is buggy from front to end - looks great on first sight but it does not deliver.
When I wrote a support request the email does not even send! EEK - so best to forget about it!
I wasted £30 for a year's subscription - I hope others don't make the same mistake

The tool works fine on occasion, but they do not answer when I have a problem with the tool. For example I am paying for the pro account but now the tool does not allow me to send messages offline.

Customer support taught me the true meaning of 'ghosted.' If I wanted to be ignored, I’d go talk to my cat. At least he pretends to listen sometimes.

Poor support. No response. The platform is not working for several days. Wrote to them. No reply after several days.

scam. make a payment. and after not been able to use it for a couple of days, contact client service and even showing them the payment, they didn't show interest in help and after pushing for help and nothing I request my money back, they just disappear.

We tried as a company to work with this app.

First impression how they sell it it looks and is very handy, the idea is good but they just can not get it going.

The problem is there is no support, the app does not work well. Taskbar you can forget about it.

The app is nothing but compromises and work arounds.

Despite they claim in the package there is a customer support - the customer support is their contact form on their homepage - LOL. There is no internal helpdesk, contact, WA, Chat or whatsoever.
N O T H I N G ! just the sad homepage form.

Do not let it fool you.

Then you get a reply with asking again what the problem is.

(BTW there are a million problems and bugs if you going to use the task bar, trust me it will never work for long)

Then they never ever reply anymore - sent a reminder and the whole SH$$# show starts again.

Despite this we liked the whole idea and tried again later whent hey made a new interface - seemed to be improved but major problems still therre that made it impossible to use.

You cant delete the workspaces - and each work space has its own contract and there were some bugs there when I logged I could not find my subscription and give me notifications that I had to upgrade but I already paid for upgrade. Then I tried to contact support - two weeks for one answer.

I logged in again and the who subscription was gone.. SO i did it again, paid (stupid me, now I paid 2x) and subcription was back on.

I go to WA set up the task bar for my business 11 people they all login make an account.

I log out of Blue ticks on WA and log in again....

Taskbar gone, and on bluetic account also the task bar gone...

Then some of the crew could not log in on the task bar so they could not see the shared task. it also did not appear on the WA and they could also not acces it on a new screen.

Contact support again.. NO answer....

As business man I try to understand how these business can even sell such buggy apps and how this even can be on google as a integration. It is beyond me that these businesses can make a living with such underperformance.

It is honestly one of the worst apps i encoutered, nothing really worked 100%, if it did then moment later not anymore..

With the total lack of support it really feels like a scam.

The Do NOT care about their customer service, that is 100%...

Waiting 14 days on a reply and this app is meant for businesses, my guess is they wont be long in business.
