I want to give 0 star rating. I have placed an order of my jacket on 3rd March, BT434320 not fulfilled . Showing as order is in processing. No body is even responding over customer call, chat support. Unable to cancel too...
Worst experience ever. No Honesty and trustworthy.

i have returned my jacket its been 15 days ,, i raise complaint every day but no response from there side. Im definitely going to file a complaint against Blue Tyga in consumer care court .

Fake brand. they never respond to you. they just take your money. never ever buy any product from BLUE TYGA- I am following up on my order BT437608 From last 15 days. No one is responding to calls neither emails. Please update ASAP else refund the money.

Very Poor Customer Support

There is absolutely zero customer support over email or phone.

I purchased a product from them and later requested an exchange. Even after following up multiple times, I still have not received any update about my exchanged product.

Their delivery person came and picked up the originally ordered product, but the replacement product was never delivered.

This kind of service is extremely disappointing and shows a complete lack of responsibility toward customers.

Lost money. They hav'nt delivered yet. No proper contact details. Stop buying it. Cheaters
Everyday you will get a message like below:
Undelivered: Hi, Your request to reschedule is confirmed. We will come back and deliver. Please contact Blue Tyga Fashions Private Li team for further details. - Swift

Paid for the order but did not receive any order confirmation status or order id. On being contacted through mail and messages 100 times , there is not reply. Try calling them, your call will drop everytime. Seems to be a fake and fraudulent company.

I still haven't received any update from Blue Tyga Customer care or anyone called me w.r.t the partial order .
I see that I got only 1 Item delievred and Two of the Items are not delivered yet.
1 ) Sunscreen Jacket Ice NOT delivered
2) Sunscreen Balaclava Ice NOT Delivered
Only 1 Item got delivered 3) Sunscreen Jacket Pro Delivered .
I tried multiple times to reach you to your customer care through phone and everytime it's a challenge and disappointing experience and it never connected to any agent .
Secondly, I see that my order is partially fulfilled and after a wait for morethan a week which is also a disappointing experience with Blue tyga.
I don't want a call back on this from Blue tyga customer care and may I know when can the other item be fulfilled balaclava helmet face cover in this case quantity of two, may I know when that would be delivered. As only partial items are been dispatched for the moment.
I want an update on the present order status and tracking id of this package which has dispatched the partial items.

Do not buy anything from them. worst it is in terms of delivery, custumer support should be given negative and if anyone know where we can complain about there fraudling kindly help me with. any legal way

I placed an order on 5th March, and today is 12th March, but I still haven’t received any response from Blue Tyga. I tried contacting them through email and phone calls, but they are not responding at all.

Honestly, this has been a very bad experience. Their advertisements are everywhere and make the brand look very promising, but their actual service is extremely poor.

My Order ID is BT439881, but when I check the status on their website, it shows “Shipment Not Found.” Now it has been a full 7 days since I placed the order, and there is still no update about shipping or delivery.

I placed an
ORDER BT443285 on 6 March 2026 and received a message on 5 March 2026 stating that the order was under processing. However, as of today (11 March 2026), I have not yet received any shipping confirmation or further update regarding the dispatch.

I ordered on 07th march 2026 but haven't got any updates yet from anyone regarding tracking of shipment of my order.

I placed an order BT437219 on 4 March 2026 and received a message on 5 March 2026 stating that the order was under processing. However, as of today (10 March 2026), I have not yet received any shipping confirmation or further update regarding the dispatch.

No customer support. once you buy the product, they will never take customer complaints. Their call center number is useless. It never get connected. And the support system will close the tickets without solution. After this, you can never contact them for exchange or cancellation. Once sold - Its over. I am a victim of this product and struggling to get the product exchanged and no use.I wasted my money buying a much smaller size and now struggling to get it exchanged or cancelled.

Scammer. Don't buy anything from this shitty brand. They are scamming people not delivering anything

Very disappointing service from @BlueTyga.
I placed my order on 2nd March (Order ID: BT432293) but it is still not dispatched.
There is no proper tracking update, and customer support is also not responding.
Please improve your service.

I've placed an order from bluetyga. I ordered sunscreen jacket for 1299 and now I am unable to track my order they are not even attending my calls and the worse thing is I already paid for the jacket I ordered the customer service is very poor.
