If you are looking for a trusted service with excellent design skills with a professional team, look the other way and please read my review first!

Our experience from the start has been very rocky. Timing of meetings and phone calls was hit and miss, which is frustrating due the difficulty of setting aside time to deal with issues that could have been resolved with a phone call or email

They have this habit of sending disclaimer to sign before completing the project in view of washing their hands of any responsibility for changes needed

Requested full payment upfront therefore you’re unable discontinue the service if they are underperforming

Can’t be bothered to make calls to iron out issues and don’t provide a phone number to contact the team member responsible for creations and will only call back under caller ID

Promised discounts for google services to keep you on board after many complaints then pulling it out from under you and ignoring any email mention of it

Very poor communication when it comes to further service charges without transparency from the start, then giving an ultimatum and refusing to make full completion of website to go live

During the build process they made way too many amateur mistakes with spelling of descriptions, pictures and placements for the design to the point it felt we were designing it. Took so much of our time constantly re-sending information and not being able to give a simple phone call.

All issues raised with them and by the end they there was absolutely no effort made into the project as they only give you 3 modifications (even if it’s their mistake) then apply a ridiculous cost for changes after. There were no improvements in the simple respect deserved as a paying customer, they very quickly sent disclaimers to sign and showed a poor attitude.

Even though the website was paid in full they will refuse to send the website without signing a disclaimer. They don’t actually send you instructions on how to set up your website, they sent a huge database with IT jargon that will only be recognised if you work in this line of work.

We had no choice but to hire another outside designing consultant to fix and re design with respectable skills who will host and design at a reasonable cost and make live

The best customer service from start to finish. Fiona was great via WhatsApp answering any and all questions I asked. Delivery was brilliant fast and efficient….. can’t wait to get in now 💦💦

Terrible service.. over £400 paid for a service the team have happily refused to provide.. no website made. Terrible communication from Gary & Stephanie, who have been rude and condescending to both me, my mother and sister (both of whom have serious health conditions by the way so are susceptible to being taken advantage of in this manner) - would highly recommend going elsewhere based on my experience

Blue Whale Media carried out a re-brand for us when we wanted a fresh new look without drfiting too far from our previous brand. They did a great job and built a new, high quality website around it with re-worked content . They're currently running an SEO & PPC campaign for us and have promo videos in development. A great one-stop shop offering professional results

Hello again . My situation was I payed for a new business website, to only get told to go see a solicitor only 2 weeks in. they already had my money and that was the point their attitude changed towards me.
There was awkwardness at every point and my website held to ransom until they gave me their idea of a site that would never get a single response. I eventually migrated the site away from them. To be honest I don’t think it’s worth salvaging.

I had a great experience working with everyone on my website project.

I needed a new site to replace my very old website. Now after 6 weeks working with Gary, Stef and all the team, I have my cracking new website.

I really did not expect these results, exceptional. This website is a so much quicker and an improvement on my previous little old 4 page site. My new site loads so much quicker on my mobile when I check it now.

I just want to mention how great it was to have had the opportunity discuss my all ideas with Gary, before making any payments. I felt so much re assured I had made the right decsion by just being able to discuss my ideas at the start.

The technical improvements to my site have blown my mind to be honest. I wanted Gary to make my site easy to update and it now. I am so happy that I can now update my site myself.
