From first speaking with Fiona who is so knowledgeable, and extremely helpful to placing my order through to delivery from Dwayne and Marshall who were both brilliant, efficient and bang on time! , The whole process has been excellent.

From start to finish the service was exceptional Fiona in the office guided me through all the options and helped settle any uncertainties. On the day of delivery the 2 guys were very careful with a tight route. The set up of the hot tub was explained thoroughly step by step and made things easy to understand. Cannot praise the company high enough

I would highly recommend this company, after talking through on the telephone the various aspects of the hottub I was able to confidently order online. Andrew called the day after the order to confirm details and to arrange installation and access routes, Andrew kept in regular touch up to install day. The install was carried out by Mark and Marcellus who very very efficient and left the area spotless after installation. Best price great experience.

We had a terrible experiance previously but it was handled great in the end. Hence why we returned to blue whale spa. Upon returning as a customer, Andrew brunton at the show room was great, he was insured up and helpful, delivery date was selected and agreed and happened as planned! Andrew went above and beyond

Excellent after sale service (more than eight years after the original hot tub was purchased). We were treated as if we were a new customer. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend this company and particularly James and the gentleman who delivered the replacement hot tub lid highly enough. We will definitely re-purchase from blue whale spa in the future.

Really impressed with this hot tub. The 85 jets are powerful and well placed, giving a proper massage experience, and each seat feels different which is a nice touch.
The delivery and installation were excellent—Craig and Edmore were friendly, professional, and made everything really easy. They took the time to explain how it all works, which was much appreciated. Big thanks as well to Scott Lowton for all the help.
The LED lights, waterfall, and Bluetooth speakers are a great bonus, especially in the evenings. Comfortably fits 4–5 people and heats up well.

Went into the showroom and was greated by Andrew Brunton, who was helpful and was happy to answer all of our questions about the chemicals for our hot tub! His customer service makes Blue Way Spa a place I would highly recommend. I’ll definitely be returning!

On the day of install nothing was an issue to the team, even in torrential rain that we had on the day the guys never stopped until it was complete.
