Excellent products and customer service
I recently purchased a couple of items from unblemish. There is an excellent selection of K beauty products and I'm so impressed with the customer service. The delivery was extremely quick and everything was well packaged. It was a lovely suprise to receive some samples to try and a cute note. I will definitely be purchasing frequently from this site. Incredible! Bianca was amazing to instantly reply to my email regarding a mix-up of items. I was sent everything in 3 days with royal mail, and there was a wrong item. They immediately sorted it out, I even got to keep the wrong item! That was amazing customer service. The box also had lovely pink paper strings which were appealing to the eyes, and a cute extra bunny with many samples! I recommend this store so much ❤️

Unblemish sells legitimate K-Beauty
Unblemish sells legitimate Korean beauty products. I bought many products including the BEAUTY OF JOSEON Relief Sun Rice + Probiotics 50ml SPF. I scanned the authenticity sticker on the product using the Beauty of Joseon app which showed that the serial number matched and it was a genuine product. Ordered on 29th December and received on 4th January (within a week, over the holiday weekend for New Year). Lovely packaging, free samples and a handwritten note with my order. Thank you for the amazing service and I will definitely be recommending to others and ordering again in future.

I am incredibly satisfied with my experience with Unblemish! The products are not only effective but also come in the cutest packaging. Despite a minor issue with my package – it had been delivered open, which was not Unblemish's fault – one item was missing upon arrival. However, Bianca from the customer service team exceeded my expectations.
I reached out on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to receive a super friendly and prompt email within just 5 minutes. Bianca assured me that they would process a refund for the missing item. It's rare to encounter such efficient and courteous service, and I am genuinely impressed. Overall, I am very happy with all the products, and Unblemish has earned my trust as a reliable brand with exceptional customer care. Highly recommend!
