Naturally, i have not received my order yet as it was just placed. But, i can say, that the process was extremely easy and straight forward. I do not want the offered 5% off of my order. It was minimal at most, but I do thank you for the kind gesture.

I got an email that the item I ordered…

I got an email that the item I ordered was out of stock. I was given the option of an equivalent product or a voucher. No option of a refund. I sent one email asking if they expected more of the item any time soon. No reply. Then I sent an email with the name of a replacement product. No reply. I just received confirmation of my replacement order so all is good. I am very happy with how the situation was handled

The customer service is excellent

The customer service is excellent. No complaint, just a suggestion, if you are out of an item, please remove it from the choices. I ordered and then was told the item was out of stock. I had a choice to pick an item of same money or credit. It was nice to be notified quickly though.

Great site and easy to use !

Great site and easy to use, there’s a vast amount of products to choose from too and all at great prices.
This is my first time purchase but it certainly won’t be my last. Very happy!
