Their customer service is exceptional, and the quality of the products they offer is truly impressive.

Update:

My return was escalated after my review came out and my refund is finally on the way. While my overall experience hasn't been that great with the customer service, they at least offered to rectify the situation and apologized as well. I do at least want to give them praise for having a quicker turnaround time after escalating my return/case, but I firmly believe that this needs to be consistent with not only myself but with everyone else that is attempting to receive customer service.

I enjoy Blvck Paris' products and do want to continue to be a customer and will continue to update my review as I receive more service, but for the time being I am changing my 1 star to a 3 star and will increase that with more consistent service.

Original:

I purchased 2 hoodies since I didn't know how the sizing of the hoodie would fit and I ended up returning one of them and keeping the other one. I really like the hoodie I got, but the level of service leaves much to be desired.

It took them a week to get back to me with my return request which i had sent in 2 emails asking for updates throughout that week. They asked for detailed pictures which is great they asked for that and I was happy to provide. After submitting, it took them another week to get back to me after I had asked for 2 more updates throughout that week. Finally my return got approved and I shipped the hoodie out quickly.

They sent me another email stating that they received my return and I will receive another confirmation once it has been processed. Here I am 2 weeks later and asking for a few more updates and still no response at all.

The level of service provided, in my opinion, is atrocious and it's very unfortunate as I really do like the hoodie that I kept. It's also unfortunate that they still have not processed and refunded me and I've been waiting a while and have grown weary that I just won't receive my refund at all and will have to file a claim with my bank to get the money back.

Overall, great products but very poor service leaving so much to be desired

I made an order and everything went well until I got this shirt I bought from them. It has multiple strings loose on many spots and seems it could come apart anytime, also their size info on their site doesn't match, as I have ordered XL but it's more like M, neckhole is way too tiny for this size (seems they use Chinese sizes).

I tried to contact Blvck support for many days and they didn't even respond on any channel. I sent multiple pictures about these issues, but no reply. I paid by PayPal (thank god) and I made a claim, now they are trying to avoid their responsibility. I will contact EU authorities and escalate this to the PayPal team for a resolution if needed.

I'll update this review once I have reached a final decision.

They handled this situation professionally today and said they will send me a new shirt and a suede hat for compensation. I'll update this review once again after promised items have arrived to me (or if they dont). I hope everything goes smoothly and as promised.

Today I received their package they sent, but there were no new sweater, only a hat which they promised to give me free for compensation because of all hassle. They also promised earlier as I said on my previous edit, that they will send me new mohair sweater which was my original purchase. They doesnt answer emails, its just impossible to get reply from them. They have made only false promises and now i had to escalate this case to paypal. Will never order again.

This is the anwer after your reply here in trustpilot. Yes, you refunded me, sent a hat and i kept the sweater. This negative review was not up to date, but now it is. Im sorry I forgot to update it. You promised me a sweater and a hat, but only a hat came, but after that you just refunded my order. It was a bit difficult to reach you at first, but all in all im satisfied 5/5.

They have a high quality of their products. The item I purchased exceeded my expectations. Blvck Paris delivers on its promise of delivering top-notch products built to last.
