The wrong item got delivered, I returned (at my own expense) but the replacement never arrived.

After repeatedly ignoring my emails, I raised dispute with PayPal and the case was found in my favour.

Do not buy anything from this company. Took my money, never received anything they keep telling oh it’s in the transit and your customs has it just wait . Now it’s been 8 months no sign and they blocked their emails . So frustrated.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered a hoodie in January 2021. It never arrived. Horrible customer service who after much perseverance agreed to refund me but THEY HAVE NOT PROVIDED A REFUND. In my view this is nothing short of theft.

Got my Jordans in the Mail. They were horrible material and smelled awful.

Literally the worst experience. I got sent the wrong item, had to pay for return postage and never refunded me. had to chase it up with royal mail. $40 down the drain.

DO NOT buy from this seller! Your order will be lost in customs and you will not get a refund!!!!!!!

Ordered a hoodie, got the wrong one after 3 months. Was meant to be lv prem, got standard prem. Price difference pisses me off, but I'm not waiting nor going to this site again. Also was never sent till I contacted the site after 1 month of intial payment, I had to threaten to reverse my PayPal payment before anything happened.

1 Monat gewartet angeblich konnte man das packet nicht verfolgen nach 2 wochen habe ich eine paypal konfliktlösung gestartet die aber abgelehnt wurde da angeblich das packet geliefert wurde aber ich nichts bekommen habe 85 für nichts bezahlt. nichts bestellen von dort bitte :)

Waited 1 month allegedly the packet could not be tracked after 2 weeks I started a PayPal conflict resolution but was rejected because the package was supposedly delivered but I got nothing and paid 85 for nothing. do not order anything from there please :)

C’est le pire site au monde. Des vrais escroc ! J’ai fais une commande de 170$ en décembre 2020 ! Nous sommes en juillet 2021 et j’ai toujours pas reçu mon colis. Je demande un remboursement, rien du tout ils me font attendre pendant des mois ! Je me pose la question si ce site est fiable car j’ai l’impression que ces des escroc !

Ich habe dort einen Hoodie bestellt der aufgrund von corona verloren ging. Habe über ein halbes Jahr immer wieder nachgehakt und jetzt hieß es, das sie mir ein neues Paket schicken. Der “Kundenservice” hatte mir gesagt, dass das Paket verschickt wurde und ich nach 10 Tagen die Tracking Nummer kriege. Das ist nun 3 Wochen her und auf weitere Mails kriege ich nun keine Antwort mehr. Als ich sagte das ich mein Geld zurück haben möchte bekam ich ebenfalls keine Antwort.

First time i ever ordered from this site about a year and a half ago, on november 2019, i bought a supreme X louis vuitton belt for my child, and it took 3 months to get here. then i decided to give it one more chance 6 months ago for my kid for christmas it took items 2-3 months again to get here, my child was very upset because he didnt have a christmas that year. he had to wait. and when they came in (5 items) a jacket i ordered was a good replica, pants i ordered were not the pants i purchased on site, gucci belt i ordered was about a 7/10 quality, i ordered supreme goggles and they sent me a BLUE SLIP OF PAPER! the goggles were $70!! then there was a louis vuitton bag that was different than the one i purchased. i asked them about the goggles and the paper, and they asked for photo evidence and when i sent it they stopped answering my emails. very disgraceful, pitiful company. needs shut down.

These people will email you and lie and say they ship pairs of shoes but NEVER send your order. Dont order from her ITS A SCAM!!

Do not order - I ordered a pair of off white trainers and they sent me some random black trainers instead and the quality is absolutely terrible!!!

Ordered January 8th. Package still hasn't arrived, April 20th. Emailed company countless times. They say package is in "your country" without a tracking number. I am to contact Canada Post to get more info on the package location. Right. Without a tracking number or shipping label. Don't bother with this company. If IF my package arrives, the item won't even be in style anymore because it's been so long!!! Wish me luck with the refund request.
