We had an excellent move out of California, but not moving into New York, they sent 2 guys to move a tractor trailer full of our household items that took them well over 15 hours to move the items in and still did not complete the job. The one guy did not speak any English and was placing our items that were labeled for what specific rooms to be placed in, into any old room which made our move that much more labor intensive since we are seniors and had to do heavy lifting that we paid a lot of money for this company to do!! They took several hour-long breaks with the last one being almost 2 hours!! They broke several of our furniture items in the process of the move. They made the excuse that our items had to be delivered to us in a straight truck and when the one guy that did speak English, he left the other guy here who was useless do to we could not communicate with him, and he played on his phone. One of the guys kept huffing during the whole process!! They were more worried about getting their money than doing the job. They moved our outdoor patio furniture in the dark when it should have been done during daylight! They are not professional and I would not recommend them to anyone, this job we were advised by the foreman in California we would have the same amount of crew, which was 5 guys with a foreman to move us in, this was the worse experience in a move I have every had!!

At the very beginning with Gavin helped me with logistics-Mike from BLVD brought his team of 5 guys to pu. They were all exceptional in professional handling and care of my home in California. Johnny delivered to my home in Oklahoma. He was on time and his crew worked very hard. It’s scary to hire someone for this scale of job but I would highly recommend to anyone the value of hiring professionals. As it is unthinkable on how hard this would be doing on your own.

We moved from San Mateo CA to San Diego and I cannot begin to express how amazing of an experience we had with this moving company. I was very overwhelmed before the movers came but as soon as Jaime and his team arrived, they did a walk through and immediately proceeded to wrap everything at God’s speed and label everything, keeping track of the inventory, wrapping everything carefully and very very quickly. I was so impressed. I literally did not know it was possible to pack and wrap so quickly. At one point I tried to help wrap a glass and realized one of the movers wrapped 12 glasses in the time it took me to wrap. I only have great things to say about this company and team of movers and we will hire them again when we move again. 10/10 is the score for sure.
The unloading/drop of team managed by Walter was incredible as well, they arrived on time, were super careful and thoughtful, we made them move things around a few times and they accommodated us really well. I am very grateful.

I had a small delicate items move and was pleasantly surprised by the level of care, attention to detail and customer service demonstrated by Blvd Moving!! I felt that Ricardo, Isaac and Edwin did a superb job and will definitely use them again for any future moves!! Great job guys!!!

I’m very disappointed with Blvd. I trusted their 30-day storage window during my move from Washington to Texas, but due to serious family matters — including time with my sister who has Alzheimer’s and my 95-year-old mother — I needed a little extra time.

Even though I offered to pay for additional storage, they showed little to no compassion or flexibility. Meanwhile, they can change delivery dates on their end without issue.

That double standard doesn’t sit right with me. Moving is already stressful — a little empathy should be part of the service.

Great network of support and options along each step of on-boarding the data, lading, billings and timings of each phase. MATT, Hillary for preparation and Kevin & Sam for our pickup. Smooth and reasonable while friendly & efficient.

Kevin and his crew were very proficient and finished moving everything at a timely manner. Really friendly and helped me with anything a had a issue with very understanding. Highly recommend there services!

My experience with the movers was fantastic. They were quick loading/unloading, quick to drive across the country, and very nice.

My one gripe is communication within the company was slightly off, leading to more conversations post move. That said, they were quick to rectify the issues.

It was the most affordable and efficient way to move across country. Communication was transparent. Happy with my service :)

Expeditious in packing and carrying items to their truck,friendly and extremely resourceful. Also very patient had to wait on me for almost 45 minutes and they had no complaints. 1st time doing a move and it was very painless. Highly recommend them.

I was extremely skeptical about long distance movers due to all the negative reviews about up charges and broken promises. Blvd Movers were in constant contact throughout the process and what Brent quoted me was what I paid. They sent their local team, Ramon and Danny, from Saddlebrook to collect my belongings and they assessed, inventoried, labelled, wrapped with care, and loaded my property as if it were there own. They were clear with the review of the process, pricing exceptions and policies, careful with all of my things and explanatory the entire way. I would highly recommend this team for any moves, local or LD. I have been made assured of complete satisfaction as a result of the company's efforts. If they need ever arose again, I would use Blvd in a heartbeat.

Let me start by saying, I was sold once Brent started telling me things are marked with a label. The days leading up to my move, I had communication with like no other! Emails, texts, and via phone. Anytime I had a question, someone was always available. Now let's talk about moving day. I received a call when they were about 45 mins out, perfect. David G and Gustavo came and went straight to work. Wrapping things to ensure nothing gets damaged, before stacking boxes, I was asked if anything was fragile, which I really appreciated. Super nice, friendly, and professional. If and when I move again, definitely calling this company again!

THEIR ACCOUNTING DEPT BARBIE HAS RUDF AND HAS NO SOCIAL SKILLS. THEIR COMMUNICATION, FOLLOW UP, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST ON THEIR BOOK OF PROFESSIONALISM. THEY LIED FROM DAY ONE, PROMISES NEVER KEPT AND COMMUNICATION NON-EXISTENT. THEY DID A GREAT JOB IN RUINING EVERY PIECE OF FURNITURE THEY TOUCHED. The crew showed up early were friendly and were super quick. We moved a 2 bedroom condo and they had everything wrapped and ready to go within 2 hours. I would recommend them to anyone moving

Kevin and his crews did an excellent job picking up my stuffs from my apartment. Very cooperative and professional services!

Kevin and his team were amazing! Professional, trustworthy, and well mannered. They came to pick up everything I own and were fast and effective while loading everything up. They walked me through the process and guided me through the e-documents that they made easy to understand! 10/10 would recommend!!
