If I could give 0 stars I would. Fraudulent company. After buying from their website 5 weeks ago, we found out recently that they were dissolved in March 26. Their website is still live, and they are actively taking money for goods they will never deliver. We purchased a garden sofa/table set for nearly £1300. They took our money, told us the products were stuck on ship, and would be delayed. They then told us they were not getting the products and actively encouraged us to select a different product from their website - even sent us a link. We didn't want a different product, so we asked for a refund. They said they would get the finance team to process the refund and to give them a couple of working days. No sign of any money. We now know that THEY ARE NOT OPERATING AS A BUSINESS - so who is working in their finance team? No one! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Please do not purchase from their website. Thankfully we are working with our bank via a chargeback claim. Citizen's Advice say they are not a legal business and they suspect they will never refund it. So why are they allowed to maintain a website and take people's money? Please don't buy from them!

I ordered a very expensive outdoor dining set mid April showing a delivery of 7-14 days. After 3 weeks I reached out and was told there was a delay in the shipment until the end of May. Second week in June I followed up and was told the shipment was still delayed and then informed it would arrive July 20 th. I really hate when companies show an item in stock knowing full well it isn’t. Blythe living had £2300 of mine for over nine weeks. I eventually asked for a refund on July 1 st and it still hasn’t been processed. The website still shows the item as being 7-14 days delivery.

I purchased an item from Blythe Living. The item arrived damaged. I tried to contact the company on 4 separate occasions in order to arrange for a return. The only way to contact them is via email but I heard nothing back. I then contacted PayPal (who I purchased this unit through) and PayPal managed to contact them. They asked that I return the item, at my cost in order to obtain a refund. I discovered that Blythe Living does not exist as a company they now operate as Gill Trading Company. When I returned the item, the item was delivered to a residential address. After returning the item it took almost 2 months for PayPal to agree to a refund.

I bought a coffee table from them after it was delivered i put inu room but decided it wasn't for me. So I asked if I could return and get another one. They were quick to respond and said I could but.... they would take 75 yes you read it correct.. 75 pounds administration collection and packaging inspection costs out of my refund meaning I would only get 65 pounds back from the 140 I spent . What a joke! So now im stuck with a coffee table i made mistake of buying or 75 pounds out of pocket. Wished I spent 20 pounds extra on a reputable company who return goods for far less money not these scammer company. Don't trust the Internet folks . Go to someone well known its not worth it! The delivery of table and everything else was great.
But I would definately not buy another thing from them as their returns policy is outrageous! DON'T BUY FROM THEM. UNLESS YOU KNOW YOU WILL be DEFINATELY KEEPING THE ITEM.

I don't usually leave reviews but I ordered a blanket box from Blythe Living recently and after ordering wondered about the company, as I hadn't heard of it before. I came across the terrible Trustpilot reviews and became really worried that I would have a similar experience as those that have been shared here. A week after ordering I hadn't heard anything so reached out via the contact form on the website asking when I could expect my delivery. The next day I received a response saying it would be shipped that week and shortly afterwards had an email from DPD about the shipment, allowing me to choose the time it would arrive. The blanket box is great, looks just like the photos and is decent quality for the price. Clearly people have had very mixed experiences with Blythe Living but mine was wholly positive!

I purchased a chest of drawers which arrived with a clearly visible crack. Despite providing photos, the company initially refused to take responsibility, citing a 24-hour reporting rule that is not stated in their returns policy.
Only after initiating a chargeback through my bank did they agree to collect the faulty item. Even then, they attempted to question the packaging and shift responsibility onto me, despite the collection being carried out by their own delivery partner.
The entire process was unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating. The way this company treats customers and handles faulty goods is unacceptable.
I strongly advise against purchasing from them.

Placed an order on 1st April 2026. Didn’t hear anything until 10 days later when I chased it up. Realised their website had limited details (even though it looks aesthetically pleasing). Read other reviews and realised it was a scam. The company is actually dissolved. Maybe it was legitimate at one point but definitely doesn’t seem to be anymore. Thankfully purchased through credit card so will hopefully get money back.

AVOID. I bought a bookcase. It wobbled. I contacted the company. It says there is no issue despite the video I sent. We have another bookcase in the same area, it's taller. It doesn't wobble. We tried this useless piece of furniture in different places in the house on level wood flooring. Wobble. We bought the item as a room renovation for an imminent hospital discharge so really don't want to return it - when would the replacement arrive (even if one was offered, which it hasn't been).

It's now propped up with slim wood off-cuts. For the amount of money paid it's scandalous.

Awful company. Ordered an item online that appeared available.
No update on the order for the first week.
The second week, I had to ask what was happening. I was told it would be delivered by the end of the week. End of the week came - emailed again to confirm if it was arriving; no response.
Emailed again to cancel, no reply.

I had to go through PayPal as a dispute to get it refunded.

Unprofessional company that provide faulty goods and then ignore customer. Highly recommend you do not risk spending your money with this company as they do not obey by the consumer rights act.

It’s a scam! Ordered a TV stand from them and never delivered. Every time I emailed asking for a delivery date or tracking number they always said “we are waiting to hear back from our delivery partner”. Fortunately my bank was able to obtain a full refund for me pretty quickly

I ordered a bedside cabinet but tried to cancei it before it was delivered. They said that was not possible. I returned it at my expense. Then they said they would deduct £50 for repackaging (it didn't need repackaging), storing, administration and other unecessary things. They then asked me which address I sent it to! I suspect they are going to say they haven't teceived it

Wish I'd read the reviews first - they are S-L-O-W and I'm waiitng to find out how I can return something which arrived too late. Luckily it wasn't expensive and as I'm not confident I will get the information I require it may end up in a charity shop rather than pay P&P!

Emailed and used their online form to ask how much shipping is to my location. Still waiting. No response.
Doesn't fill me with hope if I actually bought something and needed to return or get a refund. Going elsewhere

Terrible. Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered 9th October. Said it was available. It’s now 6 weeks later and nothing. Want a refund.

My item took 5 weeks to be delivered, when it finally arrived it I was shocked at the very poor condition of the item.
It was scratched and broken.
You can only communicate via email, which takes 2-3 days to get a response.
So far they are yet to collect my item or offer me a refund, they are stalling the process by asking for additional photographs and evidence. (They already have 5 photos)

I was initially unsure whether to order from this company given there is minimal online footprint and no reviews at the time of ordering.

We ordered a set of chest of drawers and bedside tables, which was cheaper on this website than on other sites. After calling a couple of companies, it was clear they were all ordering the same furniture (albeit under different names, unsure why) from the same foreign supplier.

The bedside tables were delivered within 2 weeks via Parcelforce. However, there was a known delay on the shipping container for the chest of drawers. Despite further delays, it took some emailing to prompt the customer service team to keep us up-to-date. We were also unhappy that the final delivery was arranged last minute (24-hr notice) and if missed we would have had to shoulder the cost of arranging a re-delivery. Hence, 4 stars instead of 5.

Nonetheless, the furniture is as described and looks great.

Was a bit wary of ordering from this company at first as I could not see any reviews but took the chance and so glad I did. I messaged customer service to ask a question regarding the colour of the item I wanted to order and they were really quick to respond. Ordered my large 2 man delivery item which took nearly 2 weeks to come. Very happy with the customer service, delivery options and packaging and of course my item. I ordered the Salcombe slim bookcase in sage. Would definitely use this company again.
