Extremely helpful with enquiries fast with replying to important certification and delivery is perfect

I am so impressed with BMD Archives and their service delivery.
I am getting married again in April and as I could not find my Decree Absolute I contacted BMD for help with this.
It usually takes 6 weeks to get sorted however, when I explained the deadline to BMD they assured me that they would move heaven and earth to get it ASAP - and they delivered!!
Brilliant customer service - they sent several messages to keep me updated and I will be receiving an official Decree in a week - a fortnight after I first contacted them.
I wish other companies listened to their clients and delivered such exceptional service!!

When no one else seemed to be able to help me BMD were! Excellent service and very professional follow up to ensure satisfaction! Would highly recommend them.

I was trying to secure my grandfather‘s birth certificate. As I Live in the United States I was expecting a cumbersome process and a difficult website. I was pleasantly surprised it was quite easy to do. Wish it wasn’t so expensive but still very pleased with the whole process. And may I say that the people I talked to on the phone were so polite professional and kind. thank you so much.

I cannot rate BMD Archives highly enough.
During a recent family bereavement, I urgently required a copy of a document. The team pulled out all the stops to ensure I received the document in good time. My family and I will always be eternally grateful to them for the caring way they dealt with our request.

I needed to get both my birth certificate and an apostille quickly when my father unfortunately passed away in Spain and I wasn’t living in UK, working overseas as an expat. BMD quickly arranged both for me, sent a soft copy and couriered the originals. A big help and relief in a stressful time when dealing with a death abroad and inheritance.

I used the BMD service and it came the same week that I ordered it which was fantastic! It was the exact certificate that I requested and was vital for my family research, very pleased with this excellent service with follow up email too to make sure I was happy with what I had received.

Excellent and very professional service from the BMD team. Very communicative and they pulled out all the stops to find my paperwork as quickly as possible. Very grateful for the efficient service.
Thank you BMD

The bmdarchives is easy to use and their response times are very good.

The ordering process was easy. The delivery was secure and in a reasonable time frame. not very cheap because I also had Apostilled. Many Thanks

Documents obtained and delivered promptly

Truly wonderful people. They made the whole journey of obtaining my certificate and legalizing it too easy. Also the staff is incredibly sweet, many thanks.

This commercial company does its best to look like an official government agency. It is not and it is far cheaper to use the relevant Government website.

It was easy to use and kept one informed of the progress. I received the document far faster than anticipated.

PROFESSIONAL VERY VERY GOOD SERVICE ANSWERING THE PHONE AND COMING BACK TO YOU 100% SATISFACTION

The death certificate that I requested arrived promptly and in order. The service has grown to be expensive, but it has proved to be most reliable.

Absolutely fantastic service, communication, experience and result. I could not recommend these guys highly enough.

I needed my birth certificate urgently and BMD Archives delivered faster than expected! The ordering process was seamless and easy with clear updates at each step. My birth certificate arrived accurately with legitimate apostle. I can apply for my polish passport. Best service to use!
