Good feedback, excellent service

I got the certificate quickly in 2 days. Got call and email for confirmation to check if well received. Good overall service.

Ordered for Decree absolute. Was informed it will take upto 6 weeks but received in 2 weeks time. This was really suprise for me. Didn't expected so soon. Really happy with receiving the decree so quick. Must recommend to go for it.

After discussion in delay for receipt of document, have been refunded express delivery. A lot of good reviews but need to work on consistency.

Paid to have vopy marriage certificate sent express delivery, advised posted Tuesday originally, then Wednesday, then find out today (Thursday) that not even in the Royal Mail system. Don't answer the phone and now closed for day. Dislike being lied to.

Why should I want to pay £79 for a death certificate when I can order one from the GRO for a tenth of the cost??

Excellent service, concerned that the requested documents arrive on time. I requested a document from Chile and it arrived promptly.

Although I considered it expensive it does what it says on the tin - the certificate turned up within the time stated, what concerned me the most was the emails, texts and phone calls after the fact, surely one of the above to check delivery and satisfaction would be appropriate

Exceptional service. I entered the incorrect zip code for my postal code, I emailed right away and they were able to fix it with no issues. They mailed it and the day after I received the birth certificate I received a phone call to make sure that I had received the package. When I did not answer they followed up with and email. The service was very prompt and amazing customer service.

Surprisingly easy to navigate, pay and get results. could have easily been much harder. Very easy to get a copy of my deceased mother's birth certificate. If I had more dead parents I would definitely use them

Kudos to this service! Their online site was easy to navigate and received my needed document very quickly, even though I'm a hemisphere away!

Excellent customer service answered all my emails within a day and got my decree absolute under the time specified I.e. less than 3 weeks. Yes expensive but worth it.
