We have had a bad experience with this app. Very quick to confirm booking and take deposit but when we got to the port the company did not have our booking. Spent 2 hours trying to sort and then went back to hotel. Boat booker app did not respond at all to our message for hours and the phone numbers on the app didn’t work for us. Eventually they got back to us, said there was nothing they could do but refund the deposit. Wouldn’t book through them again.

I truly appreciate having a platform like Boat Booker to easily browse and select from multiple trusted boat services while planning a trip from the US. It gave me great peace of mind making arrangements for my family ahead of time. The service itself was excellent once we connected, and I highly recommend using them.My only critique is the timing of the detailed trip information. I received a booking number immediately, but the actual meeting location and specific details were not emailed until a couple of days before the excursion. Because I was already on a cruise ship without an internet or phone package, I could not access my email to find out where to go. Fortunately, I remembered the name of the boat service, walked down to the pier after disembarking, and managed to find them on my own.I strongly suggest that Boat Booker sends out full logistical details immediately upon booking. This ensures travelers on cruise ships or in remote areas have the information saved offline before losing internet access. Overall, it is a wonderful service that just needs a small tweak to its communication timeline!

A clear platform, easy to setup and use, finally a platform with fair commission, love the integration with Google Calendar and it offers all the functions we need from a booking platform. Also great that they only charge the commission on their side, and the guests pay the balance directly to us as service provider. Soon this platform will be market leader, mark my words.

We booked a private speedboat trip through BoatBookers for a dolphin swim and snorkelling tour off Flic en Flac beach in Mauritius, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish.

We specifically wanted a private tour, and the online booking process through BoatBookers was incredibly easy to use. The price was very reasonable for what was offered, and only a modest deposit was required at the time of booking, which made the whole process straightforward and hassle-free.

Communication from BoatBookers was excellent throughout. In the lead-up to the trip, the captain contacted us directly with clear details about the timing and exact meeting location, which gave us real confidence that everything was well organised.

On the day, we arrived at the agreed time and the boat was already there waiting for us. The captain was friendly, welcoming and very helpful, taking the time to explain everything we needed to know before we set off.

The highlight, of course, was swimming with the dolphins. They were located very quickly, and we were able to get into the water with them for an unforgettable experience. What we particularly appreciated was the captain’s respectful approach. These are wild dolphins, and he was clearly very conscious not to harass or disturb them in any way. There was absolutely no pressure to get too close or behave irresponsibly, which made the experience feel even more special. We spent around 45 minutes with the dolphins before moving on.

After that, we headed to one of the reefs around the island for snorkelling, which was brilliant. The coral and fish were spectacular, and it was a real pleasure to spend time in such clear, beautiful water. We then enjoyed a bit of sightseeing before returning, with the whole trip lasting the full three hours.

Overall, this was exactly what we had hoped for and more. We would definitely recommend BoatBookers for the ease of booking, reasonable pricing, excellent communication and the quality of the trip itself. A fantastic experience and a wonderful memory from our time in Mauritius.

We had gone on a Charter Boat with lots of other people and it was okay but not what we were looking for. We got to looking at private Charters and came across Florida Local Charters and we booked him. We had the Best Day of our vacation with him. He took us to several places you can only access by boat. We got hundreds of shells and saw some Beautiful places we would have never been able to see. Kyle took his time to make sure we got to experience everything possible. We seen Dolphins a few times. Kyle was as excited for us to see them as we were. We will go back to Florida and we will Definitely book Kyle again. I don't think anyone else could match our expectations or experience with him. I Absolutely Positively Recommend Florida Local Charters and Captian Kyle..

The communication was awesome. Very quick response from Captain Lee made our trip stress free!

Enjoyable trip for a great day on the ocean- Captain Darrius guided the boat expertly and took us to a great fishing spot. Showed us the way to Beeline fish, never had to wait to get our hooks baited or the catch removed from the hook for safe keeping. He was knowledgeable about the fish we caught and those we could keep.

What a fantastic day we had with Capt Thomas and Mariyelle in St Lucia.
They made it so easy by arranging for the boat to virtually meet us right at our cruise ship.
The boat was very smooth and the care and attention we received was exceptional.
The stops picked by Capt Thomas were incredible and the boat trip allowed us to see parts if the island that road could not facilitate.
The mud baths trip was very well arranged and snorkelling and a fabulous lunch at Sugar Bay was superb.
Back to the ship in good time with fantastic memories and photographs of St Lucia.

Everythinks works with any effort. Received a booking, received the contact details of the customer, made last arrangments and ... that's it. Absolutely recommend.
