Banging your head against a brick wall..

Its quite simple really. The customer service is awful. A lost watch still in transit which was ordered in late January still not arrived. Despite several email to this company. No urgency on their part. Watch in question Voyager Day/Date Auto in Grey. Forever elusive.. just like an honest politician. Incredible in this day and age.

Worst customer service ever. Unreliable watches, Don't buy

I ordered a Boderry Voyager, it looked great for the price and seemed to keep time well.....for a short while.

Eventually, the watch ran so fast (4 hours fast every day) it was unusable. I contacted Boderry customer service as I was within the 2 year warranty period, but they advised that they "investigated my purchase date" and I was "no longer in the warranty period." Horrible customer service and they clearly don't stand behind the product they sell. Spend more and get a reputable watch.

Just do yourself a favor and buy something else. They look great, but the product doesn't last.

Warranty required $200 return shipping to China for defective watch

I purchased a Boderry watch in July 2025 for approximately $150. After a few months of normal use, the watch began stopping randomly and would not run reliably.

I contacted Boderry customer service, and they agreed to repair it under warranty. However, they required me to ship the watch back to China at my own expense.

I obtained quotes from FedEx, UPS, and DHL, all of which were around $200, which exceeds the value of the watch. I also attempted to ship it through USPS, but they informed me they could not ship watches to China.

Boderry also instructed me in writing to declare the value as $12 when returning the watch.

I made multiple good-faith efforts over several months to resolve this and requested a prepaid label, U.S. repair option, or replacement, but they stopped responding.

I have now had to pursue a dispute with my bank.

The watch itself looks nice, but based on my experience, the warranty support has been very disappointing.

It's been 2 months of order

It's been 2 months of order. The watch didn't arrive yet. Customer service sucks. When. Contacting through what's app and mail, they say that thank you for understanding your product will arrive. And thank you for your patience.

Hey everyone

Hey everyone, just wanted to share my experience so others are aware.
I ordered a watch directly from Boderry’s official site weeks ago (tracking no. LM124032782CN) and still haven’t received it. The tracking shows no movement at all, and the company’s support hasn’t given me any clear proof of shipment — just silence and generic messages.

I’ve emailed and messaged their WhatsApp number several times, but there’s been zero proper response. For a brand that claims to be a “premium microbrand,” their customer service is honestly terrible.

If anyone else has dealt with this brand recently or actually got their order delivered, please comment and let me know. I’m currently planning to open a dispute for non-delivery.

Terrible Boderry Experience!!!

After buying the Bronze Automatic Field Watch and waiting 2 weeks for delivery, the first noting was it ran 6 minutes fast per hour. I gave it a full 24 hour test and it ran 1 hour, 29 minutes fast per 24 hours. After a back and forth with their version of customer service, they finally paid for return shipping. Their policy is "replacement only". We are now 2 months out and there is no replacement, no refund, only hollow apologies and empty promises. Fortunately, my credit card company stepped in and are considering it fraudulent on Boderry's part.

Perfect watch for the Price

They are openly a Chinese company and they don't hide the fact. Just bought an Admiral GMT for £130 in titanium and i'm over the moon. As an avid collector of mechanical automatic watches from micro brands I would highly recommend BODERRY. Works like a treat, keeps time well and looks amazing and is waterproof, yeah I wouldn't go diving with it to test the 200meters claimed but i'm happy with it in the shower if I forget to take it off.
Highly recommend for the price point and the tracking was second to none.
Also little quirk, love the delivery box, its a mini ISO (shipping ) container. :)

Stay well clear,the watch is not waterproof and luminous does not work!!took a shower the day i got it and inside of watch misted up,contacted Phoebe at customer services and was told it was my fault!Ive owned waterproof watches before had showers and never had an issue!!

Purchased Voyager and the night glow feature they rave about never worked. Customer service horrible and wanted me to pay at my expense to ship back to China for repair. First they made me send pictures of the problem then started the back and forth emails. When I asked to exchange for a new watch all contact stopped. What a joke. Trump should put a 500% tariff on China to stop these companies from selling crap to Americans

Don't buy this watch

First off, I did not realize it was going to be shipped from china and take a month to get here. When it arrived I immediately replaced the strap because it was ridiculous. The day of the month can not be adjusted and it runs 3 minutes fast per day. A total piece of crap for approximately $130.

Execrable Customer Service/NO QC check before shipping

Ordered the URBAN SKELETON(STEEL)- 3-Hand Hi-beat(28,800 bph), and right out of the box the watch did not work.Contacted customer service and my nightmare started since then and yet to be resolved. No matter how many times you reach out to them, you only get one response per day ( M-F only), and that also from only one person "Phoebe". Looks like it's a one person customer service and he/she gives a aggressive response for queries. Going to work with my financial institution for refund. No More Boderry for me.

200m diver watch flooded after handwashing – Boderry refuses free repair

I was thrilled with this beautiful watch, but...
I purchased the Boderry Seaturtle Ocean Titanium Diver Watch (200m water-resistant), but it suffered water ingress during normal handwashing, resulting in condensation under the glass.
Despite acknowledging the defect, Boderry:
Refuses to cover shipping costs to China for repairs, violating EU Consumer Law (Directive 2019/771).
Claims their "global warranty" overrides EU rights (false: sellers must cover return shipping for defective goods).
I provided photo evidence and cited legal requirements, but they ignored my requests.
Avoid if you expect warranty compliance!

Ho acquistato l’orologio Boderry Seaturtle Ocean Titanium (WR 200 metri), ma ha subito infiltrazioni d’acqua durante un banale lavaggio delle mani, con condensa sotto il vetro.
Nonostante abbia ammesso il difetto, Boderry:
Si rifiuta di pagare la spedizione in Cina per la riparazione (€45-50), violando la legge europea (Direttiva 2019/771).
Afferma che la loro "garanzia globale" prevale sul diritto UE (falso: i venditori devono coprire i resi per prodotti difettosi).
Ho fornito foto e riferimenti legali, ma hanno ignorato le mie richieste. Sconsiglio a chi vuole tutele serie!

SAV scandaleux et garantie bafouée

Montre défectueuse après un an et demi.
Achetée sur Amazon, le vendeur BODERRY refuse d’appliquer la garantie légale : on me propose une réparation… uniquement si je paie moi-même l’envoi en Chine (jusqu’à 62 € pour une montre achetée 89 €).
Une marque à fuir absolument : produit fragile, service après-vente inexistant.

POOR WATCH AWFUL CUSTOMER CARE. Watch kept stopping after a few weeks but they wouldn't send a replacement as over a month - it was Christmas New year Chinese new year! Then they wanted me to post it to China and I refused, Then they agreed to send another but I had to post my faulty one to a residential flat in London(!) when I did so they then said they wouldn't send a new watch as they had promised. Liars selling crap watches PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Buyer beware

I bought a Boderry Voyageur watch in August 2023. It was late to arrive and within 4 months I had to send it back to China at my own expense for repair as it was losing time progressively. It was returned repaired 2 months later and now 8 months from that repair, it has started to lose time again. The watch looks good and robust but is unreliable and customer services are poor.

I highly recommend it

I have to agree with what everyone else is saying. I'm an avid watch collector and to get a watch with 100m water resistance, a titanium case and bracelet, a sapphire crystal, with an automatic movement at this price is completely insane. This is the best offering I have ever seen, based on the price and the quality of the build. I highly recommend it.
