The costumes were a huge hit, but it was really difficult to secure the battery pack and it ended up bouncing out and then creating a leak. It can be fixed, but suggest a more secure method.
The delivery was pretty quick and when I needed to update my billing address, it was done quickly. However, I was not provided a tracking number in regards to my package being delivered.

Was very impressed
Was very impressed! I didn't find this site until 4 days before a Halloween party my son was going to. Wasn't sure it would get here on time. Took a chance and so glad I did! Super fast shipping, it got here before the party and my son loved his Halloween costume. You made a 6 year old boy VERY happy! Thank you!

I received someone else's purchase …
I received someone else's purchase along with her name and address, which means that someone else has my name and address. I have emailed the company twice and no one has responded and my son does not have a costume for Halloween. There is no phone number on the website to call. I am very unhappy with this purchase.
