Issue?
Well, Billing is the issue, the last three months my bills have all been incorrect,all because I pay the bill before the end of the month.
I then get an e.mail from Holland telling me I am in arrears and unless resolved court action will be started.
Only resolution is then sending copies of your receipt to prove payment has been made.
Do not waste your time speaking to your local depot as all they can do is send an e.mail to Holland in the "HOPE"that they can resolve the issue, which they never do and thankfully there accounting system then sorts itself out...
Mr.Frustrated.
