I am starting a jewelry vocational school in Belize and the help and instructions that your staff have given us and continue to give us is invaluable to this program. The laser welder and engraving machines are top of the line in quality and support.
Thanks for all the extras you give to us.
I was unsure what product would best suit my needs. After extensive communications with the Bogong team we determined that a 2KW laser would be best. All of my questions were answered in a timely matter and incredibly in depth leaving no way for me to miss understand with my lack of knowledge on lasers. Payment was simple, and my machine was made quickly. Shipping was quick and trouble free and once I received the boxes I noticed everything was very well packaged. It look a while to dismantle the box and actually unpackage the machine with all the protection. Once everything was powered up I had a couple issues (my lack of knowledge not any fault of the machine) and Bogong helped me incredibly quickly and made is simple to understand what I was doing wrong. After I figured it all out the machine works amazingly. I will happily contact Bogong again for any laser purchases that I have.
La macchina che ho acquistato funziona benissimo e i tecnici sono sempre disponibili e professionali
Tutte le volte che ho avuto bisogno hanno sempre risposto rapidamente e in maniera esaustiva.
Veramente professionali
