Fantastic Service Again
This is the second time I’ve used this boiler engineer. I won’t be calling anyone else in the future. Gas safe certified, came when he said he would, no call out fee and he couldn’t have been more pleasant. Thank you.

Great company and very professional
This company is great. Andy, Dan, Ben and all the office team were very professional and quick. I got my quote for a new boiler and 2 days later the boiler was installed. They also came back to double-check one of the radiators and the hot water in the kitchen tap. They all did an excellent job!

Came to repair my baxi boiler
Came to repair my boiler, excellent communication, fitted me in quickly for diagnostic, arrived on time and identified the problem, ordered the parts and attempted to fix the problem, unfortunately due to upgrades from previous baxi engineer the part wouldn’t fit, attempted to order replacement but found it was going to be an added expense and a tricky repair that might mean I need to replace my boiler, so he called me and informed me of this, gave his suggestions and a competitive price should I wish to replace my boiler, very honest, will keep in mind for an future plumbing needs.

Worcester boiler repair L7. We whatsapp on Friday night for help with a leak on our Worcester boiler, and got promply response and diagnose the problem by next morning. He came on next Monday with new parts to fix it. Really helpful with good service and we will be using him again in the future.

This fella is an absolute godsend, found his number online for emergency boiler repairs as our ancient boiler decided not to fire up, Geoff was able to fit in an emergency visit in-spite of his busy work load, he was able to do a temporary fix whilst he ordered the parts that he need and came back straight away to complete the work….an absolute gentleman of a technician…thanks very much Geoff.

Boiler leak repair
Called Geoff up in the afternoon for help with a leak on our Vaillant boiler, and he offered to come over that evening to sort it. Quickly diagnosed the problem and came around the next day with new parts to fix it. Really pleased with the service, and a genuinely nice guy do. We will be using him again in the future.
