We needed a new boiler
After seeing boiler genie advertisements on TV.
We Decided to go with them
From calling them to installation was very quick and efficient.
Paul engineer arrived on time he was very polite and courteous.
Boiler installed and new pipe work
Paul showed us how it worked he was very tidy no mess.
Definitely reccomend Boiler Genie

I had used Boilergenie before re faults in my old boiler which was fitted by someone else. Because of this very positive experience with them (Simon), I asked Boilergenie to install my new boiler. I was quoted a fair price and the installation was arranged quickly by Amy-Louise. On the day the fitting was quick, professional and with no undue mess. A Hive came with the boiler which Simon set up and taught me how to use. After a few weeks the Hive stopped working properly. I checked with Hive online and they advised it was probably a fault within the Hive's wireless communication components. I messaged Andy at Boilergenie yesterday afternoon and shortly afterwards Simon phoned me to say he could come out this morning. Simon arrived with a brand new Hive which he set up in less than 15 minutes. Problem sorted in less than 24 hours! Simon is professional, competent and a lovely guy to deal with. A real credit to Boilergenie. This is a company I would have no hesitation in recommending.

We got our solar panels done with batteries and they did a great job highly recommend and all the guys from the scaffolding, installing a the electrical guys were absolutely spot on. Customer services were really nice to talk to and to arrange everything.

I contacted Boiler Genie and had a new boiler installed within a week. I asked for a site inspection, and was reassured no additional work was needed, which I found refreshingly honest. Everything from admin, communications, install (they left the site spotless) and post install follow up was first class. I appreciated the direct call to check I was happy. On my experience I can 100% recommend Boiler Genie for a fast, personalised, efficient service.

Great service once you get hold of the engineer. I’ve used this company many times but I’ve been a bit disappointed lately by the number of appointments that have been cancelled at the last minute due to the engineer being called to ‘emergency’ work elsewhere.

Totally over the moon with my Solar installation carried out by Boiler Genie. Couldn’t have been happier with all of the staff members, from the office support providing regular updates on the installation and rapid response to any questions or queries I had to the lads carrying out the site assessments and Engineer visit, the Electrical Installation technician’s, the Scaffolding teams and finally and definitely not least important Solar Array techs, attention to detail was outstanding as was there friendly disposition- first class all! Would absolutely recommend Boiler Genie without hesitation

I've been with this company for 7 years now and I can't fault them for service and efficiency. I had a problem with the pressure in my boiler which the engineer quickly identified and was able to offer advice on next steps with regards to my warranty. The engineer was very helpful and approachable.

I have used this company for installing my boiler and fitting all 7 radiators, that was 6 years ago, and since, every year they service our boiler and check the radiators. Everything works fine, this company will take care of your heating and are always on hand with any queries. A company my husband and I can rely on and will continue to do so.

When I needed a new boiler they sent someone out very quickly. Paul the engineer was very prompt. He done the work quickly and quietly and was very tidy. Ally from customer service was very friendly and helpful. Sent me my warranty and receipt straight away. Thanks for all their help.

I rarely leave reviews unless a company is very good or very bad. In this case it is the former. I’ve always found the engineers from this company to be highly professional and competent, responsive to their customers needs and unusually competitively priced.

Had the yearly service done today. Engineer was pleasant and on time. Advised to contact boiler manufacturer as there was a slight issue which should be covered under warranty. Using the monthly direct debit scheme to pay for the yearly service which is a good idea.

Fantastic company, very easy to deal with and very affordable boilers and installation. Everything done to a very high standard and installed in very quick time. I would highly recommend this company if looking for a new boiler.
