Professional and friendly service both in person and on the phone with the office. They were very helpful with resurrecting a boiler with brand new components rather than pushing me towards a total replacement that I would have struggles to afford. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I look forward to my next service!

Discovered a dead leaking boiler Friday 11:30 pm, had a guy come 10am Saturday and had the whole boiler replaced by COP Monday. Great easy communication from these guys and a job well done frankly.

Had a persistent noise issue with our heating with pipes clanging throughout the day and at night.
Shaqir correctly diagnosed the issue where two other plumbers have failed.
When doing the work he took his time and put right the system: leaking radiator drain valve, corrected placement of magnet filter, etc..
I would gladly use Shaqir and his team again

Boiler & Heating Care were incredibly responsive, I booked the job on Saturday and the engineer attended on Monday. They requested the boiler make, model, and a picture of where the boiler was situated to ensure an engineer was assigned that had familiarity with my boiler - this was an excellent touch and a true mark of professionalism.

Shaqir was friendly, incredibly knowledgable, and came across as a trustworthy tradesman. He correctly diagnosed the issue before the cover was even off, talked us through his process with videos/pictures and completed the service impeccably.

Great service and communication. Quick response to checkatrade request and scheduled call out same day, engineer arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue. They replaced the parts needed and serviced the boiler.

I used Shaq and his team to fix my boiler and heating issues I was experiencing. They came on time as promised, fixed the issue in no time and left the place clean and tidy. Superb price and for me these guys are the best boiler technicians in London.

My boiler was leaking with a suspected failure of the diverter valve. All the gas engineers I knew were all busy so I placed a job on Checkatrade and within 10-15minutes I was called by Shaqir. 35-40 minutes after the call and upon accepting the quote he was round my house and 45 minutes after he arrived my boiler was fully repaired and doesn't need a service again until December 2026. The boiler was cleaned out and it was recommended that the expansion vessel was also replaced which I accepted. Excellent job and very professional gas engineer. I fully recommend this company after my positive experience yesterday and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Excellent service. I rang them on a Sunday morning with a leak, and within an hour, they had arrived and fixed it. The engineer was really nice and gave advice on a few other things too. Highly recommend, and will def use for future work

I am so pleased with the service that I received from start to finish. Every single person that I spoke to on the phone, through WhatsApp messages and the engineer were great. I discovered that my boiler was leaking and found this business online. I called and was given information and a quote. The next day at 7am, Bilbil attended. He was so polite and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and got to work fixing it. Thank you all so much. I will now be a returning customer.
