I think my one sentence says it all.

Price is good but that's all. I ordered a boiler over 2 weeks before I would need to install it. After not hearing anything after a week I tried to contact their customer services but they were not available from 24th December to 2nd of January! I think this is unacceptable as there are many normal working days in this period. After finally getting in touch I was advised that the boiler would be delivered on 6th January. I informed them that the boiler was being installed on the 7th so it was essential that it arrived on time. On the 6th I phoned to check on the delivery & was told it would be delivered around 3pm. When it got to 4:30pm and the boiler hadn't arrived I phoned again, they put me on hold for 10min then said they'd call back. They did call back to say that the the boiler wasn't placed on the lorry in the morning & now wouldn't be delivered till the next day! When I asked why I'd been told it would be delivered around 3pm they just blamed the delivery guys. No apology for messing me about. I've ordered from elsewhere since & will not use these guys again.

Although the boiler hasn't been installed yet, our experience with Boilers2Go was a very good one. Would recommend this company.

Guys at warehouse couldn't be more helpful unfortunately courier lazy git.

Had delivered to my home for job next day.Guy left outside my front door on pallet for my pregnant girlfriend to bring inside saying ill just leave that there you can take care of it.

No reflection on boilers 2 go they were perfect arrived next day as promised.

Only on criticism would be I wasn't sure at point of ordering I wasn't sure exactly when it was due to turn up at point of ordering. But it was with me within the week and arrived well packaged. All in all a good service.

Great product, great price, arrived when it was supposed to - you can`t ask for more!

Tried everything to prevent / delay giving me my refund for faulty goods. Abrogating their responsibilities under consumer law.

- Tried to get me to confirm it was faulty by me calling the manufacturer
- Said 'let me talk to my supervisor, I'll call you back'......then not calling back
- Tried to get away with me sending goods to their supplier then waiting for goods to arrive at their supplier before refunding me
- Claimed my goods had not arrived at their depot and not accepting proof of delivery from my courier, requiring sight of the signature

AVOID unless you are utterly confident that your goods will not be damaged or defective when you them. Be prepared for sharp practices and very obstreperous, jobs worth "service".

This company was easy to deal with; I ordered the boiler on line via their website and also telephoned regarding delivery. They were extremely helpful and the boiler arrived within a few days of ordering it.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Fair play.... Boiler price was excellent. Communication great. Delivered promptly. Have now ordered 4 from them as I'm in the trade. Cannot beat them for price or service.

Best price available, good communication and good delivery. Unfortunately the installer mentioned the outer casing was slightly damaged when he removed from box. I am happy to discuss the matter with the manufacturer, or agent. Regards Robert

With the product still under warranty, boiler2go told me to ring the manufacturer when dealing with a faulty product. Honeywell were not impressed with boilers2go's response. Boilers2go just ignored my second email after I spoke with Honeywell and didn't bother replying.
Their customer care is poor. Would not use them again.

Delivery was scheduled for 10 days after order was placed. We stayed in all day and were informed at 5pm that delivery was delayed. Boiler turned up unannounced the following day - luckily early enough for someone to be in.

Good price but delivery was a bit slow - took a week - was told this was exceptional and they apologised.

would definitely use them again

Boiler delivered from local source, just as ordered.

Won't be using again due to the above. Shocking attitude to customers.

I wanted a boiler and wanted it quick, Needless to say at Boilers2go their Boilers really are 2GO. Thanks Guys
