We purchased a scooter in April. within a few weeks, the scooter had broken and we immediately reached out to Boldcube to honour their warranty. Louise responded quickly and confirmed this was covered by their warranty and she would be shipping out a replacement. Since then, we have had to follow up many times to ask about the status. Louise has informed us she's trying to coordinate with a local partner; the same vague answer over and over. By this time, she could have shipped one direct from the UK to Canada multiple times over.

Now, we are over 2 months later and my son has gone almost an entire summer without his scooter, watching his sister use hers and only now Louise has told us to follow up with Amazon to ask for a refund, which she knows is impossible past the 30 day window. Hard not to feel like they're not just pushing us off to avoid honouring their own warranty. Extremely disappointing.

When the particular scooter my daughter wanted for her birthday was proving hard to get hold of, I contacted them to see when they would be getting more of that model in.
I was quickly contacted by Louise, who managed to find me the exact one.
She personally organised the postage for me, and even registered it for its 6 month warranty!
When the scooter arrived, I checked it out, and it’s a great bit of kit, and very well made.
My daughter is yet to receive her scooter, but when she does, I know she’ll love it!
I’ve had excellent customer service from BOLDCUBE, especially Louise, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Provided replacement part for a 3 wheeled scooter although out of warranty to support their brand and customer opinion. My contact was Louise and she was a conduit to a successful and appreciated outcome.

In a word, Louise - a truly wonderful ambassador for her company. I have not had such a sympathetic, understanding and incredibly helpful response from anyone, anywhere for many years.
In spite of not being able to provide the one thing her company asked for, an Order ID, a missing part is being despatched as I write this.
Thanks to all at Boldcube, where I will go again, and especially Louise.
Cannot recommend them too highly - you can feel safe getting a good deal and aftersales from them.

Amazing quick and polite customer service from Louise. Our brand new scooter had an out of the box issue with the light up part of the wheels bit a quick message to customer service and some basic troubleshooting and Louise had arranged for a replacement part to be shipped out without delay.
The scooter itself is great, and should last for a while. But if does need any replacement parts I know I can purchase and replace myself, all are available. After all, it's going to be used by a child in the outdoors so should expect hard life!

I would highly recommend Boldcube Scooters. Very helpful with great communication, even answering my query on Christmas Day! Louise treated me as an individual and listened to my needs. I am very happy and satisfied with the outcome. Would definitely buy from again 😊

Great product, and great costumer service! We ordered a scooter through Amazon but the carrier messed us around with delivery dates and cancellations. After contacting the seller directly, Louise took charge of our order and saved the day by keeping us informed every step of the way and making sure we got it in time for Christmas! Would recommend 👍

Brought a bold cube for my son’s 7th birthday, however it was missing a couple of threads, spoke to customer service and it was resolved and send straight out, no fuss! My daughter was able to learn how to tailwhip and do all sorts of tricks with this and she gave that thing a beating and it's still working fine there was a couple scratches after 4 falls but still in tack

There was a fault with the scooter. However, Louise @ Boldcube arranged for a new replacement Scooter to be sent out straight away. Brilliant customer service & excellent communication too. Highly recommend this company.

bought the bold cube scooter for my 5 year old, when received i found one of the LED wheels defective. upon contacting customer support directly at bold cube they offered to ship the wheel out in a couple of month, as the item was on backorder. I dealt with Louise who was extremely helpful and offered to give me an accessory pack for my trouble.
i not so shortly after received another email from Louise mentioning that they were going to send out a full replacement scooter! plus some accessories.
initially dissapointed at the defective part, but absolutely chuffed with the resolution. Will purchase again and this blip certainly didn't put me off!

I just bought the Kitty Love big 3WScooter for my granddaughter, I search for so many scooters and finally decided to go with Bold Cube and I’m so pleased I did. The scooter is beautifully constructed, so sturdy and strong, excellent quality. Well done Bold Cube!!

My 8 year old daughter wanted to update her scooter. After reviewing availability on the internet via Google search, I decided to go with BOLDCUBE scooters, and I have not been disappointed.

The website was easy to use and there were quite a few choices and colours. My daughter eventually chose the black stunt scooter. The item was delivered very quickly and well packaged and protected. Setting up the scooter took no longer than a few mins (4 bolts).

Albeit there has not been a great deal of use, first impressions are that the scooter is very well built. Having a 6 month guarantee does give me the confidence that it will be great for my daughter.

I did have a little feedback for BOLDCUBE regarding the lettering on the front of the scooter, but this was handled very quickly and effectively by Kealan.

Overall, highly recommended.

We bought our dinosaur 3 wheeled scooter for our son of 3 from a store that closed down in the Netherlands. When we tried to assemble the scooter, it didn’t work. We couldn’t go back to the store since it closed down.
I contacted BoldCube via the contact details on the scooter and Kealan was very friendly when trying to figure out how we could solve the issue. Since we are located in the Netherlands and they are in the UK, going to their local store was not an option ;)
In the end he send us a brand new scooter and my son loves riding it! He loves the dinosaurs and lights. I love that I can fold it when he is done riding it (3 year olds change there mind every few minutes) and wants to walk. Carrying it is so much easier than with the bike he has.
