Over promises and under delivers, just straight up lied on the Zoom call. I would not recommend them to anybody. Very expensive lesson learned, hopefully I can save the next person their time and money before being lied to

We have dealt with a dozen marketers in the wholesale space over the past 4 years. The first call with Ben felt different. He didn’t pressure us into signing a contract and or paying a fee he just heard out our story, our situation and he immediately brought value to the call. It wasn’t all about him and bolt leads it was about bringing a solution to the table.

As soon as we decided to move forward Ben and his team moved extremely fast and had campaigns running within hours.

As soon as the leads started coming in there was a night and day difference in lead quality. All of the large Pay Per Lead companies and wanna be Facebook ads gurus are no where near the level of lead the comes through Ben’s campaigns. They answer the phone, they actually want to sell and not a single “fake” lead till this day. We spent $40-50k in ad spend and on leads with these companies to be lucky to even break even. Right now we are seeing a 7x return on ad spend within 2 months of being with Ben.

Return on ad spend isn’t the only thing that has changed the course of our business but also the constant game that Ben brings on our checkin calls. Each week it feels like there is something new to implement or try within our business to increase profits$$$$.

Ben and his team has done wonders for my team, he treats us as if we were his first client. His sole objective is getting your company solid return on ad spend and ensuring you’re profiting as a company and benefiting.

Outside of results, his character as a person and marketer is second to none. He never mentions how he benefits and keeps it real.

Why I chose him, for one I’ve used every marketer you can think of. There’s marketers with gimmick ads and clients that claim to contract x amount of properties a month.

Ben and his team focuses on the results aspect and is revenue driven for your team.

Within 2 weeks in the early stages of onboarding we contracted 4 deals(on pace for 6) and it hadn’t been been a full month yet and project assignment fees is between 55-65k easily.

If you want results, work with Ben and his team. Take it from me who have been in the wholesale space for 5+ years.

I've been involved with several different lead generation companies and I always dread the onboarding process involved. Bolt's was really fast, really easy, and really effective; I literally started getting leads 48 hours after the setup which they claimed on the ads but I didn't believe however it happened! Bolt Deals advertises guaranteed contracts every month, along with big name guru's backing them in testimonials. That is what pulled me in... the initial meeting went well with a gentleman who spoke well and was a good salesman. I asked specific questions which he answered to my liking. He said I could market in my market only, that their ISA would make the initial call to the lead in under 2 min from lead time and guaranteed contracts/much more. I never heard from him again and probably spoke to about 5 other people before actually signing on. $6,500 up front for a 3 month management fee and $3,000 a month for FB Ads. The ISA did not make an initial call to the leads within 2 min or less, and then encouraged me to make initial calls myself. I am not opposed to calling leads, but the reason I hired them was to handle that. 90% of the leads I received were from small little towns that were completely out of my area/state and not good markets. Not to mention they are running the same exact ads in the same markets for several other companies. I canceled within a month and a half and asked for a portion of the management fee to be refunded. Their team has given me the run around for over a month and still waiting to hear from the owner. Bad Communication and not delivering on their word. They will continue to work for free as long as you keep paying your minimum of $3,000 a month for advertising. Don't waste your money!

Bolt Deals is Great! They have a wonderful team that truly cares about your success and will do everything in their power to help make you successful, you just have to put in the work. How they have it set up is great, because the work that you have to do is not hard! They truly set you up for success!

I would not recommend using their services. I was promised 3-5 deals per month and this was not the case. Not only did I drop $7,500, but you also have to pay for marketing which sucked. They never gave me leads in my area which made things worse and don't belive the "guarantee" because it's not.

As a Real Estate Investor currently doing 5-10 deals per month I can confidently say that Bolt Deals firmly helped get me to scale my wholesale operation. When I first signed up with Bolt Deals in April we as a company were doing 2 deals per month on average & I was fresh off an experience with another Marketing Company that royally screwed me with just the absolute lowest quality of leads. No kidding it was a complete joke!

I signed up reluctantly (took me about a week of thinking in total) but after speaking to a few investors that also use Bolt Deals I decided to give the idea of Digital Ads one final shot. And I must say Ben & his team did not disappoint. With the help of their campaigns we closed & funded 19 deals in the past 3 months. (An Average of 6 closed deals per month)

Although not every lead is going to close (which is expected) a vast majority of these leads are homeowners coming to you not because they "want an offer" but rather because they NEED to sell. These are leads that as wholesalers we need. We don't need retail tirekickers.

To those on the fence of working with bolt deals I can say that after working with other companies myself, trust me I get the uneasy feeling of shelling out extra capital for marketing. But with that said I would strongly recommend you give them a shot. There is not a single other marketing company in the space that I have seen (and I've worked with 5 in total) that actually delivers good, closeable leads & thats what bolt did for me.

If you put in the work to call, follow up & stay on top of these leads there isn't a reason why you shouldn't be able to grow your wholesale operation with their direct to seller campaigns.
