I'm furious
I'm furious. Last spring I bought a device and I love it, but the silicone part is warping, puckering, and coming off. I've been trying for a week to get customer service to answer me. Nothing via email or chat, which directs me to WhatsApp. I even tried calling the number that comes up on WhatsApp. My
item has a 2 year warranty but i can't reach anyone! How is this business still viable?! If I don't hear from them soon I will never buy from them again!!

Bought a toy from them called "Aiden" 4 months ago. Almost 2 weeks ago after having a full battery, after 60 seconds it stops working and won't turn back on. I have sent SIX emails and no one will email me back. I did reach someonw through the "chat with us"option. They use Whatsapp for that and someone asked me 3 days ago if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I asked for a replacement. I sent them a screenshot of my order number and a video showing no damage at all and what it does. NO RESPONSE of any kind since then. At 1st I thought they had amazing customer service, but this is by far the worst when yet I have a 2 year warranty on it. Buyer BEWARE!
