BUYER BEWARE. They are shipping product from China not from New York. Their New York address is linked to someone's home. Their 1-888 does not work. They do not answer any emails. I have had to dispute my charges as I have failed to receive any answers after sending 7 emails for an exchange. Their shoes also smell like chemical and plastic. I just disputed my charges with my credit card and will leave them negative reviews wherever I can.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they were too big, so I needed to return them. The initial email was answered with 3 options for a return/credit. That was on 9/8/26. today is 10/1/26 and I have emailed them 4 times and left a phone message. NO ANSWER.
Very poor customer services.

This is a scam company who's shoes have zero support. They will not get back to me with their non exisitent return policy. DO NOT purchase ANYTHING from this SCAM company! Horrible!

Don’t order from here. They are thieves. Returned item and was asked for proof of postage. I provided proof they had been delivered back to them and they ignored all my emails asking where the refund was. No refund received a month later so had to raise a dispute via my bank.

Quality of product was not up to standard and size was not true to size.

If I could give no stars I would! What a joke…quality is 💩, I was charged USD when website stated AUD - then conversion I paid $104 inc postage…came straight from downtown China too and when went to return them you have to send them back to the United States and the import tax that Trump bought in added was going to cost me $116 to return them! What an absolute scam! BUYER BEWARE OF BOMRE!!

Item never received. When I reached out they said it had been delivered, however my tracking details still showed in transit. Dreadful company - angry at myself for not doing research on it first!

The product didn’t arrive. They said they sent it twice. I don’t believe that at all. Keep away from them.

Dreadful - product very poor quality and vastly overpriced - postage takes months and communications is really poor. Expect to wait at least a week for a reply to any communication. I ordered shoes size 6.5 they sent me a size 36 as the 6.5 was US size even though I live in UK and now it is taking months to get it sorted. still no resolution.

Also agree it’s a scam….poor customer service! I can’t say anything about product because I have not received anything except excuses! They tell me after a long delay my items are delivered and they have not!

My package has been “In Transit” for 24 days.

I was excited for my shoes, a friend loved her so I ordered two pairs. They send me both pairs in the wrong sizes and theres is no returns procedure. Plus no one is responding to emails.

I wouldn’t even give it a 1 rating. They do not even deserve that! I tried returning within their policy they replied giving me options. I responded that I don’t need nor want to keep them as they do not fit. Even though they offered full refund, they have now not responded to 4 follow up emails. Worst customer service I’ve EVER experienced. And, quite frankly, even historical bad experiences I never would post but this is horrible! Do not buy from them since it online and it may or may not work…you’ll be stuck without a refund and an item that does you no good!

Sent the wrong size of shoe. I ordered a UK size 6 and received a UK size 4. Customer service /communication is very poor. Despite many e-mails issue still not resolved. No refund.

Please improve your attention to orders and customer service.

My son bought me a guitar-themed bracelet from these clowns. I am not exactly Mr Universe, but this item is ridiculously small and would be a miracle if it could fit around the pecker of a half-starved rooster.

I await the outcome of return / refund activity.

Absolutely dreadful. Shoes received. They sent the wrong size and then ghosted me when i tried to get in contact. Appalling.

This company is a FRAUD - they say to contact them but they NEVER respond - quality not as advertised nor sizing - what huge waste of money!!! Please don’t waste YOUR money like I did!! I’m reporting to US trade commission!!

Not even a half-star. This place has very poor quality, is lying, is unethical, and is fraudulent.

Still not received

I ordered and received the email that it was shipped on early Feb, but still the status remained the same, info received.
I don't know how many times I asked but their replies and responses are like AI.
I asked for a refund several times and now, the status moved to transit.
I have no idea where the shoes are!!!
