I am very impressed with the prompt customer service. I had an issue with the size and was accomodated immediately.

The sleep app has many choices of music to listen to. The customer service was responsive and offered a wide variety of tools and resources used to help sleep quality. They are willing to work with individual customers to make sure everyone's unique needs are met.

I love the sound options on the app for the Bonamour Sleep System. I've been using the green noise to get a solid night's sleep. Customer service has been outstanding to work with, very responsive to my emails and quick to come up with solutions. The ear buds are a bit big for my ears so I plan to upgrade to the Pro model to replace my broken Bose Sleep Buds. Looking forward to 8 interrupted hours of sleep!

Do not order from this company! It took them weeks to ship my order and would not answer my emails to request a shipping date until I disputed the charge. When it finally arrived I sent it back immediately. I needed sleep ear buds for travel and these did not arrive in time. They will not refund my money. I then found that I could order the same products as these from TEMU for $10 or less! Learn from my mistake and order sleep buds from Temu at 90% less then these and receive them sooner.

5 star customer service. The product I ordered was too big for my ears. Customer service has been very helpful — gave me options to get me into the XS buds. Thanks!

I sent an email before I ordered and got a prompt response. Not exactly answering any questions but at least a response. Once I received them and they didn’t perform as stated on the sight. The regular (not small size) are reported to have a battery life of 7+ hours and they do not!!!!!! I’ve tried a few nights on a full charge. I understand they don’t normally offer refunds, only exchanges but I can’t get any customer service now!

I got these as a Christmas gift from my snoring husband. I’m very happy with the Bonamour sleep system. They were easy to set up and the variety of sleepscapes is great.

I have had a great experience so far! I love all the different sound options on the app as well. I did have to speak with customer service about exchanging my sleep buds to the smaller version since my ears are on the smaller side. They were super attentive and helped right away. Loving my sleep system.

I purchased these as a way to block out a very loud snorer. The ones I purchased just hurt my ears since they were too large for me. I reached out to customer service and they responded within the hour and followed up with me to make me happy with my purchase. Thus far, I am satisfied with the customer service and feel confident that the buds will help me with some much needed sleep.

I have really enjoyed my Bonamoursleepsystem. The sound library offers a ton of options, I particularly like the color noises for sleep. And it’s a lot better than trying to sleep on my side with my clunky air pods. Customer service is quick to respond to any issues.

Poor sound quality. They do not offer a return policy. Do not waste money. Terrible customer service.

Product was good, but the fit was not what i expected. After reaching out to customer service, the issue was resolved quickly and I am very happy to have a replacement for my old Bose sleep buds that they no longer make.

I purchased this sleep system for my husband who struggles with his sleep. He tried the earplugs but unfortunately they wouldn’t stay in his ears which was frustrating as you can imagine. I contacted customer service not knowing what my options would be for this situation. Catherine P. Was able to assist very quickly to help me figure out what the best fit would be for my husband to be able to utilize the sleep system correctly and comfortably. We are so very happy with the quick response and assistance from Catherine and feel very comfortable in knowing if we need help in the future they will be there immediately to assist.

I mistakenly ordered a product that didn’t fit my needs and when I let them know they helped me swap for the Correct items quickly. Responsive to emails. And lots of variety in their sound library.

Buyer beware! These are nonrefundable. I feel like the most gullible idiot for buying these on a Black Friday deal. 1) Painful hard plastic. I ponied up the $75 more to 'upgrade' to the XS version but they're still uncomfortable hard plastic that will fall out of my ears unless I jam them in. 2) The XS max battery life is 4 HOURS. I wake throughout the night and bought them to help with getting back to sleep but they're dead by 2am. Useless. Customer service offered no further recourse and chided me for waiting 3 weeks to contact them with my concerns. Advice: get $20 spongey sleep earbuds from Amazon and listen to the Bellabeats library free on Spotify.

Customer service has been helpful and responsive to assist in exchanging ear buds.

Absolute garbage. Difficult to connect to Bluetooth. Cuts out a lot. Not comfortable at all. Difficult to get it in my ear and it hurts. And the best part is, the return policy is only for store credit. Completely unacceptable
