Cheap quality wrong sizes ( too small) don’t buy, we did we regret and throw them away, a waist of money!

Scamers , stay away !! Fake products, , miserable experience and so hard to return !!! They should not be on the market !!

The customer needs to pay the shipping fee for the return and besides of that they keep 25% from the original payment as a return fee!! Miserable!!!!!

They advertised slim-fit pants but sent me two pairs of oversized, outdated-looking pants that were nothing like what was shown on their website. When I contacted customer service, they refused to issue a full refund even though they sent the wrong items.

Instead, they offered a discount on a future purchase—as if I would ever order from them again—or a refund that required me to pay return shipping and a restocking fee. That would make sense if I had simply changed my mind or ordered the wrong size, but this was not the product I purchased.

A company should be held accountable when it ships completely different merchandise than what was advertised. Because of their refusal to resolve this matter fairly, I will be filing disputes with my bank and submitting complaints to the Better Business Bureau and consumer protection agencies.

Consumers deserve honest advertising and fair business practices. Companies like this need to do better.

These are the UGLIEST shoes that I have ever seen. Do not look like the picture from where I ordered them. And they are too small.

They claim to give free shipping on orders over $100. They lie. They told me to go ahead and pay the shipping charge and they would refund the amount. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

Got an ad on instagram and the shoes look nothing like the image. Classic bait and switch. The quality is terrible. They then charge 25% to return. Highly recommend never using this company. Scam.

I was ordering shoes for groomsmen at a wedding. the shoes show up and they are really poor quality. I asked for a return and there is a 25% restocking fee on returns + Shipping cots. Poor customer service, Poor quality, and a high price initially.

There were some issues that caused a delay but the customer service was very responsive. The shoes were pretty much as advertised. Given the price I would say they are a good value.

While I like the range of styles on the website, the sunglasses I ordered took over two weeks to arrive and within two weeks of limited day-to-day wear the frame had cracked causing the lens to fall out. While this isn't a premium brand by any means, you would expect some level of product quality which this falls well short of the mark for. I contacted customer service who informed me the product was out of the 30 day returns window (but still withint 30 days of delivery given the delays) and such wear & tear didn't fall within their policies therefore are unwilling to provide a refund or replacement product. I would strongly recommend not purchasing from this brand if you want quicker delivery and an expected level of product quality.

They never delivered my order and had the wrong shipping address and told me that they were not going to refund me.

Order loafers. Quality is terrible. Might not even be real leather as advertised. "Italian influenced" in this case just means Chinese shit made by Liang Zhui.

Bought a pair sandals and received a similar but different item. Was clearly different from the one advertised. Told me that could pay a restocking fee of 25% and paid shipping at my expense or get another pair with 75% of the cost of original pair plus shipping expenses. Not ordering anything from them again.

I bought some of their loafers and they seem to really care about how its made especially. I got them yesterday and almost forgot to take them off before I went to bed they are so nice and comfy.

Got a facebook ad from Boncini for some heels and was a little sceptical but am glad I took the chance. My belt fits perfectly and exactly as pictured.

I compared the same shoes I got from a high end brand and Boncini seems to have the better product. I won't call out the "other" brand, but seems like they need to step up their game. Boncini surpasses all my expectations and wish I heard of them sooner. I have placed several orders and each one came fast and seem really high end.

Boncini is one of the only online retailers I trust. So many scams nowadays you have to be careful. I've been ordering from Boncini since 2024 and they're my new favorite brand.
