1 star was being generous.. these guys advertise an expensive unit, with other people images and videos.. what they send can be bought from catch for $40.00

They are scammers..

This company is operating ILLEGALLY and selling SCAMS. I am going to report it to the ACCC.

1 — This is a dropshipping company. If you don’t know what that is, it’s when a company sells cheap, Temu-level products for 10x more money. This hair styler is a low quality product that you can find THE EXACT SAME OF on Amazon for less money (like $80 or $90).
This isn’t illegal, but it’s dishonest and distateful.

2 — The “hairstyler box” they sell for $50 is completely ILLEGAL. The image they advertise on their website is STOLEN from Dyson, search up the Dyson Airwrap storage case, they stole that photo. It’s a tan/brown sleek, sturdy, metallic box with compartments for each piece of the hairstyler.
Meanwhile, the box that they send you is a plastic “flip” orange box that you can buy on Aliexpress for $11 (search up “Portable Flip Hair Dryer Hard Box PU Leather”, that’s what they’re sending) 🤣🤣

I wish I could attach images to show you exactly what I’m talking about but you can search those images and see for yourself. The dropshipping part isn’t illegal, but using stolen images and false advertising is ILLEGAL.

SAVE YOUR MONEY. Just buy the same thing on Amazon for less, or better yet don’t buy it at all.

Do not buy!!! This is a total scam! They are sending you cheap Chinese products from Ali Express which sells for less than 50AUD.
They will show that their product is superior in the advertisement and compare to other reputed brands. On receiving the product there is no name of their company on the product. The items have no names on them nor do the package.
It matched the same ones as on AliExpress or those cheap products. I asked their customer service and their response was that they recently changed the packaging.

Refund policy says they will do only store credit and there is no other item. Even if you try to return, it will be overseas so you cannot return it.

FRAUDSTERS!!! Save your money and buy either from genuine sellers or the same thing for 42AUD or less. They say 99AUD and charged my credit card 105AUD

They are creating fake profiles to post fake positive reviews. Don’t fall for it. No one is checking the reviews are written bu real people or not. Just click on who wrote the reviews. These crooks are getting smarter & smarter. But I am not giving up, Will fight for justice and try to save anyone else falling into their trap.

This company is selling products by false marketing tactics. I purchased their 5in1 hairstyler pro, I immediately cancelled the order even before dispatch but they did not cancel it.

The product does not work at all and on the website said money back guarantee but actually they only give you a store credit and what can you get out of that because they only sale 1 product which mean you loss your money straight away. The product very bad quality not even worth $15

I don't find this easy to use at all. My normal hair dryer is much more efficient when drying my hair and the brushes don't work well either.

I haven't been able to master the curler.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

1. Advertised: Express shipping
Reality: Email says delivery in 5-7 business days but arrives from China and takes a month. Tracking provided doesn’t work. When asked to cancel the order, they said can’t be done because it is in transit and you should arrange someone to receive it if you can’t.

2. Advertised: Works as Dyson Airwrap
Reality: Doesn’t work at all, only blow out hot air. Let alone Dyson Airwrap, doesn’t even work as a curler.

3. Advertised: 30 day money back guarantee, try it stress free
Reality: They ask for a video to explain the problem and then say can’t accept it back due to hygiene issues.

One of my attachments had paint issues and hardly used 2/5 attachments to make the video they had asked for. I am going to report them to ACCC. They are SCAMMERS!!!

I ordered both the Bondi Curl Styler and the storage case and received both at the start of January so I have had about 3 weeks use out of it. If I was to leave just a review on the styler it would be 5 stars for sure!
I will start with the case.
Looks great. Secure and firm lid. 2 manufacture issues though, the lining is coming away from the lid on one side and the magnetic latch is a weak point, the glue isn’t holding and the top cover is coming up at that point.
Now to the styler.
Easy to use. Lightweight. Gives my hair so much volume which is what I was after. Highly recommend.

Affordable 5 in 1 product without any nonsense. Just have to be careful when changing modes since they might be hot. Happy with it overall.

Took longer than expected to arrive, but when it got here I’m impressed!

I absolutely love this. I've wanted to get the Dyson unit but waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too expensive for my budget. I already have a Bondi Boost hairstyler but I wanted one that did more. When I saw this, a dryer, hairstyler and curler all in one, I thought for the price it was too good to be true - but it really is fantastic. It makes me a much better hairstylist than I ever thought I could be.

Styler wise, it is a pretty decent product. The only thing I wish was different was the round brush, it is a little small especially for thicky curly hair. But other than that, the attachments work great. However, just be careful when swapping them over because they do get HOT.

I was however disappointed with the shipping, it says Next Business Day Delivery, yet it gets shipped from China? It took about 3 weeks to arrive.

This product was shipped from China and took 4 weeks to arrive!! It came with a UK plug and an adapter!!! Not safe. I tried to leave a review on their website and it’s LOCKED. They even have people on here leaving fake reviews trying to discredit any bad reviews. This is FACT.

Beware, they do not honour that 14 day Money Back Guarantee for Hygiene Reasons. The product gets too hot and blows hot air directly onto your hand and it impossible to hold. Fake advertising, rubbish results, Do Not Buy.

The reviews on their advertising are also false. You cannot add a review, it’s locked.

Do not buy this product! It is cheap, flimsy and poor quality. I got sucked into buying one and it’s doesn’t work - and they won’t accept refunds because it has been “used” even if you just test it. Also, this product doesn’t even come in a branded box, it looks like they’ve just ordered it off Temu and sell it as their own.
And my hair is naturally wavy so it’s super easy to curl - I tried using their curl attachment for both sides a few times and it didn’t work and didn’t even heat up that well to curl it.
Save your money and buy the Kmart Air Styler, it is 10000 times better and worth the money! And the quality is much better than this cheap crap! 👎🏼 👎🏼👎🏼

Total scam. Advertising states next business day dispatch. Incorrect! Received Product, completely unboxed and requested return for the advertised 100% refund. It took multiple emails and images to get a response on how to trigger a refund. They then claimed they could provide a 30% refund, “I’d like to offer you a 30% refund of your purchase price. This way, you won’t need to go through the hassle of returning the product, and you can choose to keep or gift the unused items as you see fit.”

The next email said:

“I've forwarded your order to the Refund Team and once I hear back from them, I will follow-up with you immediately. We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter.

Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.”.

It’s been weeks of follow up and now they won’t refund at all.

Watch out for their dodgy advertising.

The product is cheap, plastic, heats up to the point it burns your hands and fingers.
