Bondi Curler was not adversited at all on the product. It looks like a dodgy Chinese version of a Dyson. The hair curler doesnt wrap your hair around like the video suggests. I paid $90 on a sale code and expected some sort of quality but it looks and feels like it should be in the Reject Shop! Buyers please beware. If it's too good to be true, it usually is. What a waste of hard earned money. Shame on you!

Absolute rubbish. Nothing "exclusive" about it. It is EXACTLY the same cheap set you can buy from other places for half the price.

The company is clearly not in Australia - product was shipped from China and so called customer service responses are never within Australian business hours.

And good luck trying to get a return even though they are advertising their product and operating their business under false pretenses.

After a longer than expected wait for this to arrive (next day shipping was included and it took nearly a month to be delivered) I am pretty pleased with the result this product gives.
Whilst it’s no Dyson AirWrap (it’s plasticky and feels a little cheaply made) it does what I expected.
I bought this to curl my hair and it picks up my hair and curls it well enough. Generally, my hair doesn’t hold curl well, and as I thought would happen, my hair dropped fairly fast. A lot of hairspray is definitely needed to prevent this happening.
The attachments are clunky to change out, and there is definitely a “hot plastic” scent when the tool is used.
However, for the price compared to a Dyson, this does a decent job and performs above its price point.
If you want to curl your hair every day and have long lasting results, this wouldn’t be the tool for you. But as a styler that is used on occasion, this works perfectly fine.
If I want a curl that will hold and last, I would use my curling wand or straightener, however, this will do for a quick curl.

I watched many videos and read reviews. Then I purchased. Wow! This 5 in 1 gadget, it is exactly what it states; a hairdryer and stylist package in 1. I thought at first, this appears too good but it is that good and affordable too. I love how it vacuums pieces of your hair on the curling wand and strengthen the curls by winding and unwinding to make sure your curls hold. I now couldn't live without it, truely. Mine didn't have the Bondi Sands logo

After seeing the one star reviews and realising that this company is not reputable by any means, I emailed the company like 10 minutes after purchasing, PRIOR to them dispatching to say I do not want this item please do not dispatch and refund my money. I responded to my confirmation email and sent at least 3 seperate emails. They however ignored my emails and chose to dispatch the item then emailed me back to say unfortunately the item has been dispatched, I would need to take a photo of the item when I received it and send it back at a postage cost to me. On their website it states that they would provide the customer with a return label. When I asked them about this they stated that they need to keep costs down so the customer must pay for the return. When I pushed the point I either got a generic “thanks for reaching out” email or just a repeat of a made up returns policy (as it is completely different to what their website states) I have also received 3 random emails from random email accounts with what looks like a fake invoice and a fake PayPal symbol. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY I went on YouTube to see if I could find tutorials and instead just found a few clips on how dodgy their site / company is, how you can tell their good reviews are fake and warnings to stay away. If only I’d looked at those prior to handing over my hard earned cash.
UPDATE - THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY ONLY OFFER A STORE CREDIT AND THERE IS LITERALLY NOTHING ELSE ON THEIR WEBSITE. THEY DO NOT HONOUR THEIR MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

The day i received i immediately tried out the curling tools, they didn't work at all like the dyson, didn't pick up my hair and suck it in like shown on videos and website. felt like really cheap and nasty plastic hairdryer. No comparison to the original dyson. False & Misleading advertising- states you can try for 30 days and get 100% money back guarantee. except they wont accept return if its been used.

Very happy great product works great, takes a little to get used to but curls well. Postage took a while but I was pleased when it arrived, it's so light and easy to use.

I opened and used this product today it does not work how it is portrayed to do, I will be sending back as it says I have a 30 day return product, it does not have any labelling to say it’s a Bondi Curl very deceiving product and supplier

So far the Bondi curls hair dryer come styled has worked fantastically. He dries without frizzing which is great for my curly hair. I also love the curling connector. It gets a big thumbs up from me!

All 5-star reviews are fake and bought.
I just bought the curler which is substandard, cheap looking and shipped from somewhere in China. It doesn’t have any branding, they say it’s festive style, NO BRANDING?? Really, telling that too a Marketing person?
Piggybacking on BONDI BOOST.
If you see the logo and names are similar to them.
I received the product and sent an email for refund right away along with images and all that would be needed.
They offer me a 30% refund saying, keep the product and we’ll refund 30%, later offered 50%!!!!

Now after days, they don’t even reply. I tried on their Facebook page and they blocked my profile.
I read similar reviews on Trustpilot.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
FAKE SITE WITH FAKE REVIEWS.

I have the Dyson version of this hairdryer and this one doesn’t come close to the quality, but…..
It does do the job it promises to do.

I bought this one as a cheapie for work so I can leave my good one at home. It’s nice and light , comes with all the attachments and is a great hairdryer. Makes nice curls.

The attachments do get very hot and heat up really hot so you can’t interchange them quickly once they’re hot and can damage the hair unlike my expensive one which stays pretty much cool touch.

I think the name is a little misleading as I thought it was coming from Australia. It comes from China so don’t expect fast shipping.
Mine took nearly 4 weeks to arrive.
