What an amazing Company and Service from Anne Marie. If I could give them more than 5 stars ⭐️ I would. From the moment I contacted them regarding a particular dress, Anne Marie took a video and measurements, for me to see, and I purchased 2 dresses from them. Anne Marie sent them out on a next day delivery. Highly, highly recommend Bond Street Store without any reservations whatsoever, and a huge 👏👏 thank you to Anne Marie for all that she did for me. Have been very impressed with both the quality and service from Bond Street. After an inital delay due to one of my items being out of stock, it was soon rectified and since then it's been quick deliveries and excellent communication. I absolutely love the lily balloon joggers and now have them in various colours. They're so versatile and wash really well too. I've been really impressed with other items I've bought on here too. The 2 piece Federica looks like it should cost alot more than the £34.99 it's on for. Am looking forward to seeing what new styles will be introduced later this year and please please can you do the lilly joggers in a leopard print 😀 The other thing to mention is i like the versatile sizing, as many of the items are one size fits a variety of sizes it means as I lose weight they will still fit so I'm not wasting my money 😊

I just love the quirky clothes from this store- I have bought lots since discovering their website. Initial problems with returning items were resolved and Anne-Marie takes the time to phone you to help. The clothes are excellent quality and value for money. Looking forward to the winter collection.

I felt I had to give another review for this company as I am so impressed with the service and quality of clothing. I placed an order 2 days ago for a beautiful dress. I received acknowledgment instantly and they kept me informed with shipment and I received it today! They are a really lovely Company to deal with. Very happy!

I have ordered from this company in the past and my order was fulfilled with no problem. However I made an order 2 weeks ago which has never been despatched. My first email received a reply with a promise it would be sent the next day on a 24hr postage. That was a lie and 2 further emails have been ignored. I have instigated a charge back from my bank.
I can only assume that this company is in some sort of financial difficulties if they're unable to fulfill orders.

The item ordered took two weeks to arrive ( it was for a birthday present) during which time I send three emails and two voicemails asking for an update. I did not get one response. I finally asked for a refund and then miraculously the item appeared within 48 hours. Just reply to your customers please it saves so much trouble.

First time I shopped here was 2021 a long time ago but I am there regular custumer as I have never ever had a problem with my order. Love clothes and still after so many wash they last . Good quality. I will order something nice soon. Only delivery in my area was always problem for everything I order by Royal Mail, but everything arrives even a bit late.

Appalling Customer Service! Take your order and money. Forget to mention that your order can’t be fulfilled. Ignore any attempts at communication enquiring where your order is or when it will be delivered. Remove any negative reviews on social media (last resort) and continue to ignore a perfectly normal question, where is my order? When will it be dispatched? BUYER BE BEWARE!

I ordered a black skirt and got a call saying it was out of stock but it was available in navy which I was happy to take. I appreciate you taking the time to call me.

5 star customer service . I’ve bought many items from Bond Street Store and loved everything . Mainly the quality and style . Quirky but not the polyester rubbish u see online . Most items are cotton , liner or viscose . Substantial and different to other shops which I love . Great for the curvy figure to x

Terrible quality item could not log into send back

The quality of the clothing is excellent, much better than I was expecting. The trousers I pimurchase fit well and look exactly like the photos.
My only criticism of the company is that my item did take quite a while to arrive. Not a huge deal I suppose but most companies nowadays manage to get their items delivered within a few days.
I would order again, slow delivery hasn't put me off

Item purchased 23 April received 10 days later which was a warning flag. Returned item 25th April with royal mail and am now battling for a refund. Had I read these reviews I would never have purchased anything from this store. My advice avoid
