The coffee is the best I have ever had. Love the flavor options and many of the flavors. Also the freshness is amazing. The beans are roasted to fill each order. This gives the freshest most delicious tasting coffee. The website needs improvement but the coffee is the best.

For all the hype that I have seen over them, I was really disappointed in the coffee.
I ordered the 5 bag sample pack and selected:
White Russian
Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Strawberry Cheesecake
Chocolate Raspberry
Chocolate Orange
Of these, the best one was the Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream and the worst one was the Strawberry Cheesecake.
I won't order these coffees again, though, because the flavor was so light it was barely a flavor at all.
I've been on a mission to find flavored coffee that I can drink black so that I dont have to add sugar or milk to it - and these weren't it. Actually, even when adding sugar and milk, I still didn't care for them so much.
I researched other flavored coffee and I have since ordered from a company called Berres Brothers Coffee, which I preferred a lot more.

I would give them a -0 if I could. Their service is garbage. Sent several emails asking where my order was because it was unfulfilled for over a week of purchase. No response. No refund. I had to contact my bank. Coffee bones are Aholes!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Love the coffee, but service is awful. No customer service. They don't fulfill orders on time, or even close to on time. Don't order if you want it within 30 days.

I really really enjoy Bone’s coffee. The product is really good, each flavor is unique and flavorful and fresh until the last brew. However their customer service is subpar to say the least. Covid of course is a barrier for many companies, but my last order I ordered 12/9/2020 and never received it even after FedEx tracking was sent out. I finally decided to email after Christmas, never got a response. I sent another attempt on New Year’s Eve and finally got a response that there was no other inquiry from my email, frustrating but okay so I sent another email detailing what I said in the last. They re-fulfilled my order but it didn’t ship for another 5 days. Finally I received it and the order was packed wrong. I emailed about this issue as well and still no response.

Bummed because the product is amazing but unsure if want to go through the trouble again. Order at your own risk.

Amazing coffee, gear, and customer service that really makes you feel at home!! I enjoy them very much and you will to. Such fun flavors and decaf if you can't do caffeine like me!!!!
