False advertising on their products
Acknowledging the response from Bonzi below admitting their mistake. However only after receipt of perfume they told me its a 40ml, I still asked if I must keep the perfume unopened for return, and they said no I can keep it. So I’ve opened it in the meantime and now they to tell me I can return it unopened. There’s something seriously wrong with your customer service. The correct way to have solved this mistake of yours, and make it up to the customer for this, without inconvenient me any further would to have send me another 40ml to make up for the difference in your wrong advertising of 90ml.
False advertising on their products. When I've ordered my Jimmy Choo perfume on their website it shows 90ml, but I received 40ml. They told me then afterwards it is 40ml. So their advertising is false. And I've asked for a contact number to actually speak to someone, but they are useless. Will tell people to stay away from this Bonzi site!!!

NO REFUND
I bought an item from Bonzi and cancelled 2 hours later because I did not need it anymore. Thirteen days later no refund. They told me there was a problem with their payment gateway. On day 15 still no refund and then they tell me that it will take another 10-15 days. Disgusting and I smell a rat.

Bought 2 phone covers from them one was fine the other was destroyed they told me they would check stock availability on 10 June 2022 and still nothing.
Update:
They refunded me for the broken case!

I received my order
I received my order, which was a very specific part for my drone. Well done to the Bonzi team, as we have global supply issues right now, especially ex China. However, please don't indicate the part is in stock when it isn't, as my part took several weeks to arrive. My advice is to communicate honestly - we all understand the world is a bit of a mess right now. Also, your reviews on Hello Peter in South Africa are scary - I advise you to respond and communicate with those complaints. However - thank you for persevering and getting my part to me when nobody else could!

Surprisingly excellent service!!!
I read so many bad reviews about Bonzi that I thought I will never receive my order. But my experience with Bonzi has been excellent. I ordered and paid 2 weeks ago and today the courier delivered package. It is exactly as advertised and the quality is very good. So thank you Bonzi for the excellent service. Btw I was also able to track my order so I was very pleased with that.

Probably a scam
The estimated delivery was 5 - 7 business days. 6 weeks later and still nothing. Doesn't seem like I will ever get the item I've order. Trust the reviews. Stay away from these people!
UPDATE: Now (7 weeks later), I get an SMS saying I must go and collect it at PEP?! What's the point of supplying my residential address when I have to go out and collect it myself?

I have ordered and paid on 9 April 2022 for parfume. To date I have not received anything. When I made an enquiry this morning on their site it said I had no order. Winder where my money went to.

Delivery has never arrived I have not gotten any updates on my purchase and today I get a whatsup text asking me to give a review on the item purchased. I will never use bonzi again lesson learnt.

I don't think this is even a company
These guys don't have any stock. They place an order (we think) (maybe) when you order and good luck after that point. It's a month later and only because I complained did I get an explanation that they have ordered everything I ordered from overseas and will ship it when it comes. I may as well have ordered on wish! Would have been faster and more reliable. It's just some dude sitting in their garage with a website guys.

Order number 3174 was cancelled by them after I had paid and waited for a few weeks for updates, apparently because the supplie no longer has stock of the item. Was promised a refund in 10 days, it' been over 2 weeks and they are no longer responding to my emails. Never experienced such terrible customer service. Stay away and don't order anything from this Mickey Mouse business.
