This company is amazing! The lounge pants and tops are the softest material. This is my second order with them and I will continue to order from them even though it means shipping to Canada! Customer service is very responsive and easy to deal with.

I love the bamboo products. Problem is that they pill after a year. Bought about two weeks worth of underwear. It's been over a year and they are thinning out. Bought pants that got holes in them after a year. They replaced them and sent me two more pieces that I bought in the past. Tshirt sizes are off. I contacted them to replace a sweater that was thinning and piling, after a year. They don't replace items that long out. Prices are fair. It takes a while to receive products. God bless you.

I have been a Boody fan for a few years now. This product has maintained quality and is incredibly comfortable, there is no going back for me. Additionally, customer service was exceptional when one of the parcels was very lost in transit. I shop with confidence and continue to recommend Boody.

I was very disappointed in my 1st purchase with Boody. I ordered a bra and panties on Dec 27, after almost a month th they reached out to me to let me know what I ordered was out of stock. Super bummed bc I really wanted to try out this clean brand of clothing. Will not try to order again. The communication was not good at all.

I have been wearing Boody underwear for a couple of years now and I just love the quality and company. I recently purchased a tshirt bra and I am in love with everything about this product. 10 out of 10!

My package didn't show up, so I asked customer service why the email said "delivered", but I couldn't find the package. I was told that sometimes the packages go to the US Mail Carriers. Sure enough, my package showed up the next day in my mailbox.

The Bras and underwear were great, just disappointing how long my shipping took. It took 3 weeks to receive my product.

Every piece I've purchased from Boody I absolutely love. I've replaced all my old bras and underwear and honestly cannot recommend enough. The garments are high quality and are insanely comfortable, with lots of cute colours and styles to choose from. They use ethical materials and manufacturing processes, and have very little packaging waste - if that is important to you like it is to me.
Their support team was incredibly helpful when one of my orders was delayed, which of course makes for an even better experience. If you're on the fence, trust me and give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Aside from their products being so comfortable and well made, their customer service goes over and above!

My order was significantly delayed in the UK, but Boody refunded my purchase as a gesture of good will. Shipping delays seem to have been out of Boody control, perhaps the package was held up in customs, but it has since been received. Thank you Boody, your undies are super comfy and are my go-to pieces. Happy New Year!

I had an issue with my package getting caught up in the pre Christmas Canada Post strike. The company was absolutely amazing at resolving the problem and keeping in touch. The product itself was fantastic and I will definitely be ordering again!
