I bought a pair of BJ boots from TEMU. I ordered a size 5 as I already had a pair. When they arrived they were far to big more like a size 6. Very disappointed as cannot wear them. So anyone beware as the sizes are no correct.

Boots are very grippy, kept my feet warm an dry in rain an snow, I wear them all day, inside an outside, great purchase

These are good for indoor slippers at best. Not a winter shoe. Size was to small and usless for cold days outside.

These boots will not fit under any circumstance in the North American sizing market.
I ordered my normal 11 size and upped it to 11.5.
Would estimate what I received was size 8.
Now I'm trying to get a refund ?

These so called boots are a scam - do not waste your money- they are merely indoor slippers- they are not outdoor footwear nor suitable for winter- cheap materials and poor quality

I never got the delivery but in the end I was refunded, just not quickly enough and that was very frustrating, it took a couple of months, not good enough really.

Mine had GO not BJ on the side so maybe a cheap knockoff? Plus alot cheaper, $14.99 AU.
Coz not waterproof or warm at all..

The boots are faulty and it’s seems to be impossible to send them back. My email bounced back. Don’t touch these boots unless you know what you are buying

I giving one Star because I cant gibe none. Absolutely disgrace. No Customer service. I called and sent an email immediately after having out an order on and for some reason the site duplicated my order and I didn't realize. Silly me. I was sent the wrong number of such horrendous shoes, no box.
THEY ARE NOT water Proof at all. How do they get away with these?

Not only can't you trust this company, you can't trustpilot either. They have given them 2 stars. Yet all reviewer have given them one star.
Even trust pilot can't be trusted anymore.

how can they get away with promoting these as waterproof? as others have said walking in wet grass for a moment and the soles of my feet, and my socks, are wet. they are light, warm, but definitely not waterproof. They only show highly positive reviews on their site, with apparently no way of sending in reviews that might differ. Beware.

I wish these had a negative rating. Purchased as waterproof and one foot into damp grass had my feet soaked to the bone. I'd be dryer wearing slippers. 😩

Sadly i have only just read these reviews on Trustpilot re Boojoy winter boots.
i have had exactly the same experience with this product.
extremely poor quality, no replies to my many emails.
from now on i will use Trustpilot and save my cash!

They need to be an honest company not ripping people off. I have been waiting since Jan 4 2022 for my boots and to this day I have not received them! I am very disappointed with this company and the person who I was in touch with would constantly tell me that I will receive my boots soon and I got tired of her (Alice Moreau) saying that and I wrote her and told her that either it must have been received by someone else because I never received them. It must be a scam company.

I bought these after seeing the advert on TV.
I paid £69 (with a special never to be repeated discount direct from America) and bought a glorified pair of woolly slippers.
Low and behold, you can buy them on Amazon UK for as little as £18.99 and up to £23.99.
At best, you'd pay £10 for them.
Avoid any and all products from this company.
Don't buy them.
Unless they are FREE or the company is PAYING YOU to take them off their hands!
BIN them, thats the best place for them.

Purchased two pairs of these for wife and myself.

They are glorified slippers, no more than that and of very poor quality.
Avoid.

Very disappointed. I bought winter boots that were advertised as waterproof. They are not. first use walked through wet grass and had wet feet upon return.
cheaply made, not worth the money I paid for. Avoid. my first and last purchase for sure.

I bought a pair of boo-joy shoes after seeing an ad in the Daily Mail , which said they were perfect for dog walking, warmly lined inside and contained memory foam for people with foot pain and were water proof. This combination was exactly what I was looking for and the shoes were quite expensive (£69).
Once arrived i could see they were very cheaply made, certainly were not even damp proof , let alone water proof, and the sizing was very poor.
I immediately complained & was told to write to a customer services address, which I did. I received a reply saying they would get back to me (standard automated reply).
I realised that they weren't made in the UK, which it had appeared to be when ordering, but came from Hong Kong/ China, and nobody at customer services ever got back to me; i tried 3 times.
But possibly the worst thing was when i wore them out my friends pointed out that historically the logo says "B-J" on the side, which causes people no end of giggles!
These shoes are rubbish, the material is rubbish & so are their customer services, save your money, do not buy!
If after doing this review they tell me to contact their non existent customer services by way of a reply, I will scream! So don't bother
