Difficult to contact customer support. "I ordered three personalized books from Bookadabra. My second order has already shipped but not received yet. but my first and third still show as printing. I emailed customer support twice and tried to contact them through live chat for three days, but haven't been able to reach anyone or get an update. I hope the books arrive soon and the quality is good, but so far the customer service experience has been frustrating

The book and song created by Bookdabra was absolutely perfect and so unique and special to help celebrate my wonderful Dad's 80th birthday.
I can't recommend Bookdabra highly enough if you want something truly personal for someone you love.

I absolutely love this book! The quality is excellent, the shipping was
fast, and the story is highly entertaining. I purchased the hardback
version with the song.

My only regret is forgetting to add our pet to the hilarious story. I am

I got this book for my daughter. She is a writer and so I thought that was the obvious thing for her. I thought it was a brilliant idea. I was a little bit wary because I wasn’t sure how quickly it would come and it came so Quick, it was for her birthday plenty of time. I read two chapters or three chapters. I can put it down actually it made me laugh. It made me cry. She is loving it as well and the added extra of the song as well worth doing because I thought that was brilliant. It seemed to sum her up so well all of us to be honest. Uncanny but amazing very pleased and I will definitely buy another as gift for someone else

The book was more than I expected. My husband was surprised and thrilled with the book!

My friend and I absolutely loved this book and song! We were cracking up at the song that nailed it with all my friends likes and dislikes, sayings, etc... the book cover, synopsis, summary on back and review (by me) were hilarious! It was so much fun to see all the personalized information throughout the book. Great quality and the book actually arrived almost a week early! I will be ordering more! A fantastic gift!! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this book and I can’t wait to give it to my best friend we’ve been friends since grammar school and he just recently was diagnosed with lung cancer and his wife is dying from Parkinson’s she’s totally bedridden so this book is fantastic they hit every single mark I’d highly highly recommended this company I had one made for my son by a different company and this one was by far the best and the song they created and put in the book is so awesome I just know my best buddy going to love it

This was such a fun experience for me as a husband to provide the information that was used to create a spot on hilarious story and song. The response from my wife when she opened the package and listened to the song was the best ever. Seeing the happy tears trickle down her face as she listened to the song and looked at the book. She had so many questions and was so surprised. It’s too bad this only gives a rating of 5 stars because it deserves many more. I’ve recommended this to several others already and will continue to do so. Don’t hesitate, get one for someone you love and enjoy their reactions, it will fill your happiness tank to the top.

This without a doubt one of the best gifts I have given. Just answering questions about the recipient turned into a very funny story depending on which topic you choose. A gift for my adult son made every family member laugh as well as grandkids reading about their story line. What was the best was the song if chosen. Everyone was laughing and having a great time. Very impressed with the quality of my hard cover book I ordered. OMG! I couldn't put the book down it was written so well and so funny. What a fabulous book! I cannot recommend it highly enough. The book was a present for my husband and he is very hard to please but he absolutely loves it ( well it is all about him). I answered a few questions and with that a whole book was written, so close to the truth in so many places and hilarious! My whole family are queueing to read it as they are all in it! Brilliant!
