Same as others on here. Ordered a spray gun on the 22nd July, still no delivery and no response to emails. Utter crap customer service......
And……. The phone number provided is duff.

Ordered the paint sprayer and it’s not turned up, I’ve emailed several times but to no avail.

I think it’s a scam

Paid for not delivered. I’ve emailed 3 times to no response.

Seems to be a scam.

i ordered a spray machine from booked builders a month ago
have been sending emails regarding my order & up to now nothing
be careful with this company they take the money but dont deliver the goods
im sure im not the only one

I think this company could be a scam DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Bought the spray gun which would not spray. Even tried water. I was concerned when it arrived in a box which had been used for something different in the past, also just loose in the box like buying from a private buyer. all looked very unprofessional After countless e mails and videos of it not working I have had two e mails saying sorry but no way to send it back or get a refund I am getting no response back now after more e mails sent.
You live and learn do not get fooled. Stick to Screwfix they have never let me down and have great returns system.

Still waiting over a month for item . Initial communication then as soon as asked for a refund as had to buy alternative - no response . Don’t bother will have to take it further to get money back .

I bought the paint sprayer with two batteries. It took weeks to arrive and then the battery charger didn’t work. After complaining they sent another charger which also didn’t work. Went to Toolstation and bought a charger which does work but neither of the batteries would charge so had to buy a DeWalt battery. Regardless of sending countless emails and photographs I have not received a refund.
Be very careful if you buy from this Company as if the product is faulty they are hopeless at rectifying problems or giving refunds.

Ordered on the 5th of August,19 days ago , got confirmation email and never got order, emailed them on the 13th, was told order should be sent in the next 2-3 days, never sent and haven’t heard anything since

Needed a grinder at short notice for a small job. Placed the order mid-week and it turned up quicker than I thought. The box had a couple of scuffs but the tool itself was fine. Been using it without issue so far, and it worked out easier than hunting one down in a shop.

DO NOT ORDER from this BOOKED BUILDERS .COM company..I paid £56.98 for a Dewalt Sprayer having seen their Ad on Google.on 3rd August 2025 Order No 3451852..I am still waiting for the item or a refund. I have sent several emails and after posting my review on Trustpilot they did make a reply stating that they would provide a full refund That was on 25th August. I have not had a refund. I have commenced a dispute process with my Bank.There are no telephone contacts for Booked Builders and they are ignoring me despite my requests for someone to speak with me..I have learned a valuable lesson DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY.. BOOKED BUILDERS ARE NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY IN MY VIEW
Shocking customer service...They did however offer a full refund if I would remove my review from Trustpilot...I have had no refund and I will NOT be removing the review I have posted.

Ordered a paint sprayer on the 3rd June. Still waiting for it to arrive Shocking customer service, did not reply to my Enquiries until I started leaving negative comments on their social media. I have now been blocked because I have requested a refund!

SCAMMERS - DO NOT BUY!

I bought paint sprayer it states in vid that it can spray any type of paint this isn’t true if you use a thick paint the sprayer can’t suck it through. The battery housing is too small so trying to remove the battery is a nightmare. Poor product.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well it works - the spray is smooth and even. It arrived within two days, so I could get started right away.

Managed to get all the doors painted in just a few hours, and the finish turned out neat and smooth. Delivery arrived quickly, so I was able to start the job without any delays.

Ordered paint sprayer. No confirmation email and AI contact via instagram. They lied saying delivery was at my door. I said it’s not. Then said no you’re right it’s been out of stock this whole time. I’ve reported to my bank who are dealing via fraud. Terrible company they couldn’t even confirm my email. Or give me an order no. But happily took the money.

I placed my order on 26 July. The website says orders dispatched within 1-3 days. Today is 5 August, and all I received in response to my queries is that they are 'carefully processing' my order. Still not dispatched and not even an apology. I requested the refund.

Ordered 2 batteries for my spray gun initial problem with Evri delivery...bookedbuilders are now on it.Happy now customer service was brilliant.

Painted the shed and some panels I'd been putting off for a while. Did what I needed it to. Had to refill more than I thought, but the coverage was actually quite decent. Cleaning it up took a bit of time, but nothing too bad.

Used it last weekend on some decking. It was pretty simple to get started and didn't feel heavy while working. Saved me a bunch of time compared to using a brush. Wasn't expecting it to be this useful, to be honest.

Tried this sprayer on the garden fence and honestly, it made thins way easier. Took way less time than using a brush and the finish looked really smooth. It was a bit louder than I expected, but not a deal breaker.
