Not satisfactory this time
I've ordered charcoal sketches before and they were perfect. However, my experience wasn't the same this time. The painting isn't that good and many details are missing. I had to get the pendant shape corrected. Not satisfied this time, but i have faith in the company since the time it was called "smilemiddle" so will surely order again.

Amazing Painting
The company was very helpful in deciding the best approach to the painting and finished the product and sent the image of it through mail and then was very constructive in kind enough to do the change even requested then.
The final product was amazing, would love to use their service again and recommend it to others.

Good pencil sketch. Almost identical to the original picture. If only the necklace drawing is as per the picture it would be perfect. Maybe the picture is not clear. Basically it is nice.

I asked for you guys to deliver at a certain time and it got here a day late but that was no problem again I appreciate you guys very much for goin above and beyond. Great Job!
