I have received excellent service thus far. In the space of about a month, my project has gone from manuscript to just shy of publication. Arthur Burton has been incredibly patient and tremendously helpful to ensure that the process is moving smoothly and that we're not at risk of losing momentum. I'm thoroughly impressed at this stage of my engagement with Book Publication UK.

Arthur Burton,and any other people at the company with whom I dealt ,were helpful,friendly and understanding . They showed competence and professionalism and it seems to me that the presentation of the information about me ,and the literary flair of the infornation about the book that they gave ,will significantly increase interest in it amongst the reading public. i am also impressed with the cover design that they produced,giving the vital first impression.
NOTE: The foregoing relates to the past two months and the date below is just one particular day(the question below requires one date so I just selected one about in the middle of my dealings with the company) .

Arthur Burton never rushed any decision and gave me the time to think things through. They answered my questions every step of the way and made me feel a part of the journey. They truly cared how about the book as they were editing it.

This experience was smooth sailing and very well set out. There was very little pressure in making decisions and submitting in time. Also I wanted my book to be very personal to me as an individual and they allowed me to capture that within my publication. Despite some stresses with publishing my first book, Arthur and his team were so supportive and adaptive around everything.

Book Publication Limited are acting helpfully and professionally and are making self-publishing my book an enjoyable experience.

Arthur Burton project managed my book. He ensured my book was edited and prepared for printing.
He liaised with me about every chapter to ensure editorial changes did not change the character or feel of the book.
He led the creation of a cover, tag lines, publicity materials and developed key search criteria for use on social media platforms.
My book has now been published and is available to buy. I am pleased with the final outcome and quality of my book

From the moment I got in touch about my book, I was guided through the process quickly and efficiently. Arthur and his team have been in constant contact, with updates. They have answered all my questions and have ensured that I am happy with every step of the process.
They have been complimentary about my ideas and have given me a real boost of confidence.
I am thrilled with the ideas they have come up with, to make my book more appealing and how to market it to the best possible standard. This has been a really enjoyable experience.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS SHADY COMPANY

Unfortunately you have to click on a star before you can write a review. If it was possible to give a rating of a minus then I would. My mum wrote a book and this company made all the promises to help, then after taking the money problems started. They kept making mistakes in the book then my mum had to pay an extra £350 to correct their mistakes, the first time there was 76 errors. When this was done, they republished the book only for even more mistakes to have been made along with a whole section of the book missing. We have had to spend so much time going through the whole book to correct the errors they have made that it is beyond frustrating. I was so annoyed for my mum after she spent many years reliving the trauma in her autobiography that a review was written to help others avoid this charlatan company and how it operates. My mum is an 85 year old pensioner and this has made her ill as it has been ongoing Since March 2025. Since the review was done the company have been constantly in touch requesting the review be removed so that they can sort out the problems, even though I would prefer for them to act first they advised that they will only look into mums issues and help once the review was taken off the site. Despite misgivings this was done around 5 weeks ago and I really wish I hadn't especially as they have still not answered the questions raised even though these were sent 4 times. Despite the fact that I have been dealing with this on behalf of my mum, mainly due to her age as it is easier for me to get all the information then explain it to her, they still do not get in touch with me even though they have authorisation to do so, they do have all of my contact details. Over the past few weeks I have again had to give my number on several occasions, even though they already have it on file, as they were going to be in touch with me to discuss what is to be done but again no one calls, it is always radio silent. Unfortunately the only way we have been able to find the mistakes made is by purchasing a copy of the book as they do not send the final edited copy for review. As a result these people have sabotaged my mum's book and made her a laughingstock, she has had her reputation trashed as an author because of the many mistakes, errors and misprints that they have made. We have told them 3 times to remove the book from Amazon but all our requests fall on deaf ears, the book is still being advertised and sold. They also promise that 100% of royalties go to the author but to date my mum has only received what looks like monies for just 3 copies sold but we know that a lot of friends and family have purchased the book not to mention how many we have purchased ourselves in order to check that it is correct. Unfortunately we kept finding new mistakes which had to be re-edited before re-publishing so a new book was purchased each time. In fact we couple open up a bookstore with our copies alone. But jokes aside that is how we know that mum has not received 100% of royalties. These people have exhausted our patience in trying for 10 months to get this completed that we have been advised by Trading Standards to take this matter further. To take her mind off this traumatic experience, which she is still enduring, my mum is now in the process of writing her second novel - to which this company will not see the light of day. BE ADVISED, YOU NEED TO AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Arthur Burton and Harry Wright have worked with me on the publication and marketing of the book Lifestyle and Longevity. They have both given me prompt and excellent support in every way. I can recommend them both in the strongest possible terms and I am looking forward to continuing to work with them both in the future. This review is based on my genuine experience with both Arthur and Harry and I have not received any incentive to write this.

This has been such a fun & exciting process to get my first children's book published. Arthur & Harry have been great to work with, the communication has been first rate & they’ve explained everything along the way. I felt heard & supported throughout the process & will definitely use them in the future for my next book.

My first experience of publishing has been very positive. The team at Book Publication UK are good people. Helpful, supportive and encouraging, just what I needed. What can i say Harry and Arthur and Jerry were all brilliant especially as im a technophobe. Cannot thank them enough for making my dream come true. Absolutely 100%. The process went so smoothly. Working with the team was excellent. It’s difficult to take that first leap of faith, but I’m glad I did. The team at Book Publication UK organised social media posts, Amazon A+ content and a press release that was very wide spread. Overall my presence as an author on social media and the internet overall expanded greatly. I would consider using them again for future projects.

Proofing was brilliant, as well as the help with clarity. They did a fantastic job with the layout and upload and the finished book look professional. Promotion looks good, but results for that will come later! Polite and helpful. I will certainly use again

I don't recommend this company. At times I thought it may not be be legitimate.. Zane was quick to advise they could help and they take money upfront. As soon as I had a first call (something I had to push hard for) with Ava, who was unprofessional and didn't seem to know anything about what we wanted, it quickly became apparent they couldn't really help but would also not offer any refund (refund terms don't make sense to me). I could never speak to our main contact who mysteriously had an emergency the day we had a scheduled call and has now left the company to go abroad, shady. No one I dealt with is on LinkedIn nor is there an about us section relating to team/ staff on their website. I was advised that for them to help me I should set up on Amazon self publishing and send them my credentials something forbidden on Amazon's terms, all very shady. What I feel I have received for £599 is a scan of circa 20 pages from hardcopy manuscripts I sent to them. No progress at all in 6 months. I am not corresponding with them further and picking up with trading standards and regulators...

All people working there are polite and helpful. They created wonderful pictures and text for my web content. I appriciate their work totally. Unfourtunatly we had to face changes of the team working with me.
