I would like to clarify a section in the response from BPH - and I repeat it here;

"That said, we would like to respectfully clarify that, according to our records, the services outlined in our agreement were completed and delivered within the agreed timeline on our end"

The question I ask - is how can they make the above statement If an agreed date was the 14th July 25, and we are now in January 26?? - I have the emails!

I had a very disappointing experience with Books Publisher Hub.
Communication was inconsistent, promised timelines slipped repeatedly, and I often had to chase updates. The services delivered did not match what was advertised or discussed, and progress stalled despite multiple assurances.

When I requested a refund under their satisfaction guarantee, the process dragged on far longer than expected, and I ultimately had to recover the funds through my bank because the refund was not processed in a timely manner.
