Ordered from a local Indian restaurant at 6.20pm, delivered after 9.30pm after multiple calls & promises, then they didn't have all the items.

Tried contacting Bookyup, no answer on call so sent two messages, 3 days later still no response!
Restaurant said they did not realise order was 3hrs late!
Lack of response, not even a follow up.

Handling fee for doing nothing

Scam website, send you to a fake worldpay website. They cancel your order after and claim to refund you but it’s a scam.
The company is stupid enough to register themselves on companies house to
245 Walsall Road, Perry Barr B42 1TY
and also to
Fairgate House 205 Kings Road, Tyseley, Birmingham, England, B11 2AA
The fake worldpay email receipt even has the director of the companies email at the bottom hmiah35@ hotmail.co.uk MIAH, Haaris Muthakin.
Don’t use this website and please report as I have.

* In response to the reply from Bookyup that is complete nonsense. I have googled the fake ‘support@worldpay’ email that you get the confirmation of payment from and it confirms it is a scam, the worldpay email even has the director of Bookyups Hotmail email address at the bottom, how would this be the case when worldpay is a totally seperate secure payment service?
Don’t trust this website and please don’t make the mistake of putting your card details in as you will get scammed.

* In reply to the second response, complete lie, no refund has been received and Santander have confirmed it was a scam payment.

Fraudulent activities. I have never heard of or used this company previously yet they have took money from my account. They have been unhelpful and unresponsive when I have found their Fraudulent transaction and contacted them for help and I am now contacting companies House etc.

Ordered food
Told it would be within hour
One hour and a half later still waiting
Both regards restaurant snd yourselfs were not interested

Wouldn’t accept my address, even though all boxes filled. Gave up in the end.

Money was taken and then they denied all knowledge of the transaction. A strange error message was presented and the provided phone number does not work.
Avoid!

Used a couple a few times to order takeaways based both in Hull and Derby. Never had any issue.

Robbers. Paid £37 for an Indian Meal unawares that the restaurant closed down. BookYUp still took the order and my money....... didn't get either so lost £37 to this company.

Scam, don’t use this service

Placed an order only for it be cancelled, having already taken payment. Not sure If it’ll be refunded as theres no customer service whatsoever

Placed order through this scandalous company and they said order not accepted because too busy, the restaurant then calls to say it’s fine and they’ll still make the food and to pay on arrival and bookyup will refund the transaction…..3 weeks and no refund, spoken with rude and arrogant people on their so called customer service who just hang up! Absolute appalling and they should be closed down!

Pointless to have a phone number for resolving problems if that number isn’t manned 24/7 - takeaway orders don’t just happen during normal office hours and neither do issues with placing those orders! Placed a takeaway order at 7.10pm and still not ‘accepted’ by the restaurant 20 minutes later; no answer on takeaway’s phone number or Bookyup to advise what is going on. I won’t be using Bookyup again because they can’t be trusted to deliver the service they say they will.
